Vacation rentals with a patio in Welaka

Our second time here and it was just as great as the first. Perfect if needing a place for fishing and/or boating. Has it's own ramp and dockage. Beautiful and comfortable.

I had a very nice stay at the Peach studio. It was just like the photos. Comfortable bed, too. The location was extremely convenient, easy to access everything in St. Augustine. The studio was clean and had everything I needed, and I hope to stay there again on my next visit. Brandon was very helpful and nice.

Stan is EXTREMELY easy to reach and responsive! There is easy access to the beach across the street along with restaurants and coffee shop and smoothie shop all within walking distance. Stan was on top of making sure the 2 parking spaces assigned to the unit were clear for us at all times since others were trying to park there. If you are a light sleeper, a bit of outside/street noise could be an issue n the front bedroom. Clean unit and looks exactly like the pictures. We had an enjoyable stay and will return!

We will be back in April, the camp was so clean and well maintained.

Excellent weekend get away for a couple to enjoy time alone. The set up is fantastic and everything you need is placed out for you to enjoy without having to leave for dinner. There is a beautiful walk way and fishing dock to enjoy as well. Grill set up and fire pits to enjoy with a special person. I highly recommend this Air B&B for any couple that wants to enjoy space and let their hair down for a while.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean place with many amenities available. Perfect location very quiet and short walk to the beach. Had everything we needed for a beach day available also. Would definitely stay again if we were back in the area.

Such an amazing vacation! Very relaxing and beach access was very convenient with the boardwalk access. This is the first air bnb I didn’t feel I needed to wear shower shoes because everything was SO CLEAN! The pictures are very accurate. 2 bedrooms upstairs with bathrooms for each bedroom and a bathroom on the main floor too! It was also very nice to have a washer and dryer in the air bnb with laundry pods provided. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you’d need. I also loved that you could get filtered water from the fridge and sink so no need to buy water bottles for your stay. The boogie boards and 4 beach chairs along with an umbrella for the beach was awesome! Evening beach waves were so much fun to use the boogie boards for. Adrienne was so responsive and helpful with check in, she’s a great hostess. We will be back again for sure!

Location is perfect! Very quiet street close to the beach and restaurants and only a short drive to the historic downtown area.

This is our 4th stay and as always was PERFECT! Nice quiet clean place! Perfect for our group of 8! Beautiful view of the river and Perfect docking for 3 boats. Fishing cleaning station available to help in cleaning your catches of the day! Nice large dock for relaxing! Will most definitely be a return guest! Thank you!

George recommended a few local spots for entertainment, bait and groceries. The river house is easy to find and a very relaxing house with plenty of space. The dock with a screened sitting area, table and 4 chairs was a bonus. The kids used the crab traps and fishing poles and caught channel catfish, speckled perch, bluegill, stingrays and some crabs. We rented a pontoon from Welaka boat rentals and the dock to the river house is only 5 minutes from the marina. We headed up Salt springs run to Salt springs and swam with a manatee that come up to the boat. There is a nice smokeless fire pit with plenty of wood on the back patio with a picnic table, BBQ grill, several chairs and tables. All the beds were comfortable and there are plenty of linens with extra blankets/pillows. The long driveway to the River house has wild coffee plants, wild iris, blackberries, ferns, tall native trees, deer, turkeys and plenty of bald eagles and osprey for you nature lovers. Awesome quality time spent

Our stay was amazing, it was very peaceful away from all the noise. Enjoyed all the nature. Very clean place lots to do.

This place was more than i expected, the inside was well decorated with surprisingly lots of space, would highly recommend this stay , very peaceful, nice and clean with good location, everything was 15-20 mins away

This home is WONDERFUL! Everything was just as pictured/described. Something very important to me is feeling safe and we absolutely did. Safe neighborhood and safe hosts. Short walk right to the beach, it says 10 minutes but even with the busy street to cross and a toddler in tow it was about 6 mins. I don’t think this part of the beach is ever crowded based on what we saw in a busy season, tons of space, not crowded like other Florida beaches. The home was super clean, had all amenities we needed. Beds were comfy. Lots of room for everything. Loved the backyard seating. About 10 mins from historic downtown. I liked being out of the hustle and bustle of that! Tons of food options downtown and near this house. We also had good luck doordashing too. We also appreciated having real, local hosts instead of a rental company. I know they would have been there if we needed anything but they truly thought of everything! We 100% will be back.

A great place to stay and an even better host to book with. The place was perfect for our larger number. Plenty of beds/seating without being crowded. Comfortable furniture/beds. The host thought of everything and had so many amenities at the house that were not expected and that we’ve yet to see at other air bnbs. Whitney even had a welcome note with smores laid out for us. We’ll be booking again for next year. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Don’t hesitate, go ahead and book the trip.

This place was really special. We came for Mother’s Day weekend and really loved Sarah’s place to relax and unwind. We went kayaking in a nearby spring and the next day we took a little drive to Mt Dora to do some shopping and get lunch. I couldn’t wait to get back to the house both times. I just wanted to sit with a cup of coffee looking out at the lake! Cooking in the kitchen is lovely. The view from the kitchen is breathtaking and it’s so functional and well stocked! We felt the beds were comfortable. The place charmingly decorated with so many details! The showers were HOT with great water pressure. The bathrooms were pretty big too. A little ways off the dock there’s an old (non functioning) light tower that now serves as a perch for a hawks nest! We loved spying on them with our binoculars. We saw lots of alligators too and really enjoyed watching one of them catch and enjoy a fish. Sarah was always available to answer questions. I have a feeling we’ll be back!!

We were extremely happy with our choice for a weekend, we had our son's graduation at Ganisville University, everything was wonderful after the ceremony, a perfect Saturday after the rush of the ceremony, beautiful house, clean, the photos don't do justice to what you actually find in person...it's worth every minute thank you for everything!

We had a great stay here. Everything went nice & smooth. Very responsive host, eager to please.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lauren’s condo. Check-in was easy and she responded quickly to the few questions we had. The condo was clean, well equipped and close to the beach. The location was also great with several restaurants nearby and an easy drive to historic St Augustine. I would love to book the condo again next time I’m in town.

What a beautiful AirBNB! It was SO clean and was extremely comfortable. We had a wonderful long weekend and will definitely be back!

Best rental my family has ever gotten. Walked to the beach and great food selections. Had toys for the kids and multiple items for the beach for use.

It was so clean and worth the money !

We had a great week at the beach with our two boys, exploring the surrounding area. Even with a seven-day stay, we still didn’t have time to do everything! We can’t wait to return. Wonderful location!

This place is very cozy and comfortable except need more seats in living room if you have more than 3 or 4 persons. Walked to see the beach was great and got to see the sunrise. It's beautiful sight. All was good during our staying
