The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Theater, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its gabled houses in the style of brick Gothic is around the corner, as is the Pomeranian State Museum. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, unfortunately, animals are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

The apartment is furnished in black and white design. The shower and toilet are separated from each other in one room by a partition. The apartment has a nice entrance corridor. Bicycles can be parked on the property. Shopping is within walking distance. The city center with many historical sights, the fishing village of Wieck as well as the beach and the ruins of the Eldena Monastery are easily accessible by public transport or by bicycle.
