Es wird umschlossen vom imposanten neuen Bauhausmuseum, dem geschichtsträchtigen Gauforum und einer ruhigen familiären Wohngegend. Das Haus selbst ist uns von unserer DDR-affinen Oma vermacht worden und trotz einiger Modernisierungen authentisch genau in diesem Stil gehalten. Optionaler PKW Stellplatz (8€/Tag) auf geschlossenem Gelände.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful old villa

This is a lovely apartment on top floor under the roof of an old wonderful villa with 3 rooms on 1st floor. The top floor has got its own bath and mini-kitchen. The bed can easily be separated into two proper single beds (1x2 m each). However, the stairs to top floor are quite steep so one needs to be a bit careful when walking up and down to 1st floor. The main kitchen at the basement is to share. You have the beautiful park at your doorstep with the city being in walking distance.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof, in the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in the summer by arrangement.
