Beautiful apartment in Wangen/Allgäu center close to the center

In the heart of Allgäu, near Lake Constance, I offer an apartment on the 1st floor on the left with 2 bedrooms, a dining area and a kitchenette. 2 steps across the corridor is the bathroom. These areas are for guests only. The house entrance is not separate. We live downstairs in the house and on the first floor on the right. So there is usually someone on site and we will be happy to help if you have any questions. The house is located on the outskirts of the city in a secluded location. Walk about 1 km into the city center and about 200m into the forest.

For rent is the middle part of the house (as shown in the pictures) with one large kitchen-living room, two bathrooms, one separate toilet and four bedrooms over three floors. A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.) Attention: For larger groups of 8 people or more, another apartment next door (100 sqm, €150/night) with another bedroom, 2x2m double bed, kitchen and bathroom are available.

We rent our beautiful “Waldhäuschen” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large plot with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing murmur and ripple can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

Idyllic Appenzell Vacation Home with Garden

Our Hüsli is surrounded by nature, quiet and on the Alpstein hiking trail In the garden, there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fire pit and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent views and the alpine feeling can be enjoyed particularly well from the bench on the front courtyard. Inside it is nice and cozy, with tiled stove and wood stove, cozy living room and spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)

The cozy 1-room apartment was newly renovated in 2022 in modern alpine style. It is about 25 square meters has a living room and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is no separate kitchen, so there is no cooking facilities, but there is a refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery and kettle. The apartment radiates a "feel-good character", the furnishings and the light are very coherent.
