The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village Unschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 min., the city center 15 min. and the Festspielhaus 20 min. away. You live on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment in the way we like it to travel ourselves. House is right next to the little Margrave Castle Schreez. 2021 & 2022 we renovated the house.

Very nice cozy 1 room. Apartment in the heart of Bayreuth. On foot: 2 min. to the train station, 5 min. to the city center The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is 35 m2 in size with a large living/sleeping area, a completely new kitchenette in the entrance area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a new tumble dryer and a washing machine. Pure nature on the edge of the forest!. A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sports activities. The property is located a bit off the beaten path. Nearby are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Bike and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 holiday houses with private, separated outdoor area. Free parking space at the house.

Completed in 2020, and it's a dream come true for me. The trend with less is more I personally learned - first have to and see it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to stay and a loving garden. The well-being of my guests is my priority. My testers, a student and travel friend were all completely satisfied. Ski season opened! About 20 km is the Wagner and Welterbestadt Bayreuth. Located at the edge of the Fichtelgebirge and Franconian Switzerland, as well as at the gateway to the Upper Palatinate, is ideal for hiking, biking, skiing and relaxing. Our accommodation is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are trails partly (floodlight) and the biathlon stadium with ski scooter and ski lift, sledge slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. Please request a children's discount!
