Vacation rentals with a patio in Webster County

Such a cute and very clean place. Jennifer was great with directions and check in was so easy. I enjoyed the complementary snacks and water. It is like new and bed was very comfortable. Wished I could have stayed longer.

The Cozy Downtown Retreat in Mansfield was the best Airbnb rental we've ever had, and we've sampled quite a few properties. The apartment was a new build and everything was spotless and comfortable. The rooms were beautiful and the the apartment had everything we needed--and the view of the park below was beautiful! The host, Michelle, was friendly and available--best ever! We hope to visit this beautiful property again. A+++

Nice to have a new build available for nightly rental in the AVA area. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Located on the third floor but not difficult as long as stairs is not a problem for you.

Very clean and well stocked condo/apartment. They supplied dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bed’s were comfortable. The workout room was decent. People were friendly. It was safe and secure. The free coffee was so amazing! Lots of different options no need to run to Starbucks or 7 Brew! Great stay for a week! Thanks!

My family and I stayed here for a week. The location, the space, the host and the whole experience was a 10/10. The kitchen was fabulous for our needs. Plenty of space and utensils for cooking. The beds were a little firm for me but I have to pack an inflatable mattress topper (I have a connective tissue disease and super loose joints). If that doesn’t apply to you, you’ll sleep just fine. The only thing I would be prepared for is the skylight in the first bedroom. It’s like someone is turning the light full on at 6am. I was expecting this based on other reviews so so it was no harm no foul. We brought sleep masks. But I am a host my self and would consider covering it w an electric blind if this was my place. Just sayin lol. Don’t hate me Amanda 😆. Other than that, location is fabulous and it was a small price to pay for an over all great stay.

We enjoyed our stay. This location was just what we needed and allowed us to have a great trip to the river/ Bennett Springs State Park. We would recommend to anyone needing lodging!

What a beautiful and peaceful retreat! The home is not only wonderfully decorated with charming antiques and lovely artwork, but also thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed after long days at the Renaissance Faire- it truly felt like coming home to a cozy oasis. The historic downtown setting adds even more charm, and the whole experience was both refreshing and restful. I’m already looking forward to staying here again during the next Faire event!

Nelya's place is affordable, homey, and peaceful- the perfect description of a "Home away from home." Upon entering, the place was pristine and spotless, the bathrooms stocked with all of the basic necessities. Additionally, all possible sleeping arrangements had extra blankets at-the-ready for each sleeping location, even for the couch. Nelya's place should be what you find in the dictionary definition of "airbnb." Nelya and staff are an exemplary representation of what airbnb stands for.

This was our first Airbnb experience and was extremely wonderful! Lindell’s home was cozy and comfortable! Upon arrival the home was extremely clean and everything you might need was available for use. We couldn’t have been more pleased and would definitely stay there again when visiting family in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and remote. We loved the fire pit with plenty of wood for us to use. We enjoyed the surroundings. Loved the path in the field that kids can go walking.

Hosts was great, very caring and house was wonderful. House was stocked with many items and very accommodating to guests. Description of house was just as advertised. Hosts were very responsive and always kind. Great stay would highly recommend.

A very cute little place nicely renovated in the city , close to a lot of things. The backyard is the plus. Thank you. So much for the accommodations , even if my dog may have killed a snake for you. lol 😆 🤣

This AirBnB was A+. Exactly like the photos, very clean, easy to find, comfortable beds, smart TVs in each room, good shower, great private backyard, easy access garage and fire pit was stocked with lots of wood. Host was very accommodating to a change of date and also reached out to offer early check in. Fridge and cupboards stocked with a few snacks and drinks just in case. Gold standard property and stay, thank you!

The house was very nice. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and our time here. The bed was very comfortable. It had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.
