Great little room in the heart of Sodus Point! It was a perfect place to spend the nights for my girlfriend, our two dogs and I.

perfect little apartment in a prime location. Beautiful place. Easy to get in an out and the atmosphere of both the town and the Inn were fantastic.

We have stayed in this rental before. We will likely use it again as we travel to the area annually. It is convenient to the beach and in a nice quiet area.

My father was very ill and I wasn't sure how long I would be staying. Matthew was very kind and flexible. He allowed me an early check-in and the option to book extra days. The apt was private and quiet. The shower was very nice and spacious with great water pressure- just what I needed after long days in a hospital setting.... I would book this place again.

The place was absolutely incredibly perfect location right across from a pizza restaurant and bar that stayed open till midnight walkable shops very close to grocery stores, gas and breakfast shops, super clean beds very comfortable and all the unique amenities that you would think about when you were on the coast of Lake Ontario

Everything was as described. Check-in was a breeze, directions were timely and helpful. There were a couple of tiny hiccups, but Ashley was right there to make things right immediately. We will definitely stay again. Thanks, Ashley!

We had never been to Sodus before and this was the perfect getaway for a weekend! Very close to the lighthouse and water, walkable to everything. Cosy inside with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

What a gem! Amy's Airbnb and surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. It was very spacious for our family of four. Wish we could have stayed longer. Amy met us for checkin and gave us a tour before we settled in. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was comfortable. My husband enjoyed sitting on the porch out front. Grocery and gas is close by which was a bonus. We would definitely book this Airbnb again!

Great location! Walked to beach everyday and swam in beautiful Lake Ontario....walking distance to several restaurants. Small place but cozy, clean, and comfortable. Amazing deck view...perfect for a couple. Went on a few hikes in the area and a zoo 30 minutes away. Internet was a bit spotty but worked 90% of time and Katie had solutions so all was well. Katie was responsive, easy check in and i highly recommend for a lazy beach getaway!

It’s a really fantastic really well restored home! With tons of air conditioning and heating! We will not be hot or cold in this house! Wonderful beds great bathrooms, and good laundry room as well. Great job vibe! We will be back.

Great location, that fit our needs perfectly. Had to contact about the wifi code, but they responded promptly!

The couple that took care of the property were very helpful! I always read reviews on beds before I book. The beds were extremely comfortable along with the bedding! The flowers around the property were beautiful!

Very spacious, with comfortable beds and clean sheets and towels. Fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, washer, and dryer in excellent condition. We slept comfortably. The only suggestion would be to add blackout curtains if possible, but this doesn’t prevent you from getting a good rest.
