Cedric is an excellent communicator and very helpful. We appreciate his hospitality during the stay! The unit was very spacious and clean. This is a great option while visiting the Muncie area.

Cedric was a terrific host. I had questions regarding the modem that was available in the loft and he was quick to respond before I booked. I was able to work remotely with solid internet service while using my Ethernet cable. Accommodations/linens were very clean & comfortable. Easy self-check-in. The art around the loft created a relaxing vibe. Front landscape very pretty. Location was perfectly situated just south of Ball State Student Center. Shower stall was tight but not an issue. Loft is near train tracks but we did not mind when train rolled in overnight. Roomy parking to north of building. We’d stay again!

I am so glad I found this place! Right in the heart of it all and within walking distance of everything. I was able to park at my son’s fraternity but plenty of parking around the neighborhood. Access to the building was secured and entry to the room was easy. Friday night noise until 3am was as I expected for staying uptown in a drinking town with a college problem. Saturday night was much quieter. Bed/pillows were comfortable and the shower/towels were great. Church bells ring until 3am and start back at 8am. That’s just Jesus saying hi! I will definitely be staying with Ned and Bonnie again!!

Great place to stay on High Street right above the bagel deli. Very noisy as expected. What I wasn’t prepared for were 7am church bells. Perfect place for mom’s weekend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my three-day stay at Kelly's place. The Wi-Fi was super fast and TV channels plentiful. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Everything that I needed was there for me. I'll be back!

This was a beautiful place! It was recently updated and incredibly clean. It was just minutes from downtown Oxford (cute shops and good food)! Lots of sleeping options and plenty of seating in the living room area.

We rented this apartment do to being in Muncie for my sister‘s graduation and it was perfect. It was 6 minutes from campus but just far enough that it didn’t have a ton of traffic going past it. It was a very clean and cute and accommodating. Cedric was extremely helpful with all of my questions and reach out immediately when responding overall, I enjoyed the apartment very much and when we are at Muncie again, I will be looking forward to staying there again.

Great location and the pillows were very comfortable! The owners are responsive and easy to work with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the speakeasy loft. The space was exactly as it appeared in the photos and was perfect for our brief visit to Richmond. There were plenty of bars, restaurants, and things to do within walking distance. It was very close to the beautiful Cardinal Greenway bike path.

The minute we Walked in we felt at home.Debbies home is comfortable and cozy and she thought of everything ! Loved her treat baskets and her coffee offerings. Would definitely stay again if ever in area again.

The Penthouse was beautiful and as described. John provided all the amenities of home. John was responsive and welcoming. Looking forward to staying again.

We loved the home! We were there visiting our daughter, and we were out and about most of the time, so it was plenty of space for the 3 of us. It was super charming and we would definitely stay again!

What an amazing host. Our flight was delayed causing us to not arrive until considerably later than expected. When I reached out to question if that would be a problem. She quickly responded assuring me that it wouldn’t be a problem at all. Then was considerate and thoughtful enough to reach out the next day and assure we had arrived okay. As well as reassuring us if we needed anything to please reach out. We will definitely be staying here again.

We so enjoyed our stay. We arrived late and the snacks were and the water were so thoughtful and appreciated. It was cute and comfy and I could’ve just moved in. Walkable to downtown and river path. If I’m back in Muncie I’d stay here again.

Came for the eclipse! Beverly wasnt jacking up her prices like everyone else. Big plus! Wanted small town atmosphere and friendly people. Thats exactly what we got! Nice area, pretty scenery, quiet town, good food, friendly people. Stayed 2 nights. House is clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for 4-5 people. Would highly recommend!
