Phillip's place was perfect! The house looked new and had modern finishes. The neighborhood is quiet, but still very close to everything! The level of cleanliness was immaculate. I was also pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the Airbnb was with essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, creamer, etc. The cost was very affordable especially compared to other Airbnbs in the area. I would love to stay here again if back in the area!

What a lovely place for a romantic getaway. So many things to do in walking distance. We will certainly return!

Had a fantastic Father’s Day weekend with my wife and daughters. The home was beautiful and has a boat dock with direct access to the bay and gulf. A true Airbnb gem. The host was responsive and accommodating. The community was friendly with many of the residents living there full time, it is important to go very slow through the channel to the home boat dock and be respectful to the neighbour’s. The area was relaxing and the community friendly, hope to stay again.

Beth was a wonderful host! From day 1 she helped my hubby figure out how to get the boat from the landing to the canal where the house is, and overall gave clear directions on everything pertaining to the house and accommodations. We really enjoyed our stay at this peaceful little place. Perfect for a few days of rest and relaxation. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the canal.

This was the absolute perfect spot for our mini vacation!** A few of our little ones experienced the beach for the very first time, and this home made it unforgettable. Unlike the usual cramped condos with endless stairs, crowded elevators, and chaotic shared pools, this place offered peace, privacy, and convenience. The beach is just a short walk away, and the private pool was a dream—no fighting for space or dealing with crowds. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor grill was a bonus (no waiting in line!). We loved the covered common areas, complete with plenty of fans to keep us cool in the shade. From the moment we arrived, the house felt like home—comfortable, welcoming, and designed for relaxation. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to come back!

Experienced traveling nurse, single mom of 2 kids and a dog here. I stay a lot of different places. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the beach house. It’s an easily accessible safe location very close to a secluded gorgeous beach. The home had everything we needed as far as amenities and space. The beds were comfortable, the air-conditioning worked great, the hot tub was hot. We were afforded privacy from the host and the neighbors. We did rent the golf cart and it worked perfectly. If I had to find something to gripe about, it would be that the icemaker in the refrigerator didn’t work, but we found a bag of ice in the downstairs fridge and actually forgot to replace it. Sorry, Jerri! We would definitely come back and stay.

After a 13 day roadtrip from New Orleans, Memphis and Nashville we wanted a few days relaxing near a beach at the end of our holiday. We also wanted to cook ourselves and just relax on a veranda. This house did not disappoint. It is really nicely laid out with a wrap around veranda containing a number of seating options from breakfast in the morning sun to watching the sunset. It’s not right on the beach but is literally 200 yds. The kitchen contains everything you need to cook with, including condiments which is always great to have. The bed was very comfortable and apart from the train horn in the distance silent at night. The train goes once or twice during the hours of dark so even for a light sleeper wasn’t a problem. The beach is lovely, white sand with miles of it both ways. We didn’t try any of the local eateries but did cycle up to Culture Coffee and the Katrina Hurricane museum (don’t miss this and the exceptional tea and cake shop) using the bicycles provided.

Convenient location. Any and everything we needed was only 5 minutes away from the house. Really liked the game room! Walking distance to the beach! Although I didn’t need anything, the host made it very easy to connect with them at anytime. Very nice place.. Would definitely recommend this place! 10/10 for sure!

The house is extremely cute. It has a country feel and only 15 minutes or so to town. The home owner was responsive and helpful.

My dog and I came into town to visit family for a week and Ashton’s place was perfect! She was very helpful whenever I had a question and gave very clear instructions on getting in/ location. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit!!!🩵🩵

We had such a good time! This rental is so close to the beach and amazing restaurants. Highly recommend renting bikes and cruising around town. ☺️

I am in the AF and my husband came down to visit for the weekend. Cory was extremely responsive to all my messages. My husband’s flight came super early and also left super late, and Cory had no problem letting us check-in and out and flexible times. He even gave us recommendations for a nice seafood spot. The place was very clean and sufficient enough for us to cook in, despite it being small. I will say that we had about 3 uber drivers that had a hard time finding the place, but everyone else found it just fine. I would definitely stay here again.

We love staying here. It’s located near a lot of restaurants and things to do. Place is clean and we love the pool right outside the room.

Loved the swimming pool for my grandson. Close to the main beach blvd. Beds and linens were comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay so much. When we arrived I had to contact Anna about specific directions and she immediately responded. The condo was just enough room for my husband and I. It was clean and well stocked with anything you could need or might have forgotten. She had a binder available with loads of things to do and restaurants. We were able to walk to the beach which is right across the street. We would absolutely stay again and recommend this place.

Jennifer is an amazing host, and the condo was much better than the description or pictures. We had the best time, and the location was perfect. Jennifer even left a note telling my husband “Happy birthday”! We’ll definitely come back and stay at her place. ❤️

I have stayed in Bay St. Louis a lot over the years and by far this was the cutest place we ever stayed in! Location was very convenient and the decor was adorable! We will stay again!

we enjoyed our yearly beach vacation here with the kids and my mom. we had plenty of room and walked across the street to the beach. We loved the outdoor pool as well. only downside was it rained on us yesterday and the kids wanted to swim in the indoor pool but it was not working. we had everything we needed to make breakfast and felt like home! comfortable beds is a plus! I absolutely loved the blankets on the bed too, very soft!! we will definitely look here when we book. again.
