We had a lovely stay in BoresMikes house. The location is perfect with the sea on one side and a lake for kayaking and a private pier on the other side. Bores gave us a warm welcome and the communication was kindly. Bores gaves us dircetions what to do. The house is very cosy. We felt like home. The location is perfect for a relaxing and calm holiday.

The house is amazing! You definitely need a car to get there. It’s not too far from Amsterdam and it’s a good place to rest and relax. Fantastic vibes 👌

Was clean, quiet, well appointed and just what we expected. The home was ideal, close to amenities and Amsterdam, yet quietly secluded within a charming modern neighborhood. Isabelle thought of everything, is a wonderful host and great communicator. We highly recommend staying here - you won't be disappointed.

Jeannot was the best host from start to finish! He provided an amazing advance PDF of Amsterdam information and communicated via Whats App throughout. He even paid my tab at the local ice cream parlour after I discovered they did not take credit cards and the closest ATM was broken. The location is perfect for a stay with a large family. It was a great place to start and end the day and so easy to get to the city center from.

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful house!! It was so wonderful to be at a kid friendly home in a quiet small town that still has easy access to the beautiful city of Amsterdam. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun two day stay. Bram was responsive and helpful anytime I asked questions, and we loved using their bikes to get around town!! Would definitely stay here again, thank you Bram!

This place is great if you want to know more of what it's like to live in Amsterdam. It's a very family-friendly neighborhood, and the few neighbors we met were very nice. The kids loved the bunk bed, the chickens and visiting cat, the trampoline, and watching a movie on the huge projector wall, as well as the recommended Pllek restaurant. We also loved the huge screen (for GoT), the espresso machine, and the space. It may seem like the house is far from the city, but it's only a 15 minute drive to the docks by central station (we dropped my parents off for a river cruise), or 5 minute drive to the free ferry (with free parking) that takes you to central station. The grocery store nearby has anything you could want, and all the restaurants we tried in the area were delicious and fresh. We very much enjoyed Amsterdam Noord and the house!

We had a very nice stay at this special historical house. The high ceilings, the beautiful dining room, the large rooms. Beds were comfortable and Paulien was very helpful and even provided some bicycles. The surroundings are so peaceful, with woods and a little park nearby. There is a very welcoming water sport club in the village. Our family would be happy to return to this house in the future.

I rented Rutger's house for eight nights and it was the highlight of our trip. The house exceeded our expectations. It was even more beautiful than the pictures. Rutger and his family were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The house was professionally furnished, clean, and located in a safe and peaceful residential area. It had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen and entertainment options.The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The garden had a lovely view and we enjoyed watching the ducks.Before our arrival,we received a helpful document with all the details and recommendations for nearby restaurants and supermarkets. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough explanation of everything. Any questions we had were quickly and smoothly answered. Overall, I highly recommend Rutger's house if you're looking for a spacious, comfortable, and quiet place that feels like home. My family, friends, and I will definitely book it again in the future 💕

Great place to stay for a group of 8 people to discover Naarden and Amsterdam!

Cozy family house, with all the comforts. Large garden and lots of toys. Everything works and is comfortable.

Laurens is a very likeable host. He answered our questions quickly and very satisfactorily. We felt very comfortable in his house and enjoyed the evening sun on the terrace. We slept wonderfully in the comfortable beds. We had a lot of fun with the game "Jakkolo". The house is a good starting point for excursions to the nearby cities as well as wonderful bike tours through nature, in short - we will be happy to come back.

We stayed at Paul's villa with 16 people, but it was also big enough for that and the amenities were sufficient. We were personally received very friendly, were even able to get into the villa a little more by arrangement. The garden was great for the kids and adults (sauna, hot tub). Clear recommendation also for large groups!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described, very lovingly decorated and very well equipped! In particular, the outdoor area invites you to linger and offers the best conditions for beautiful summer evenings with an outdoor kitchen (barbecue) and many seating options. We also used the fire bowl! But the interior also offers plenty of space to stay here with a large group and is generously equipped with the open kitchen, two seating areas/sofas and a large table. In addition, the separation between the living area (downstairs) and bedrooms (upstairs) offers the possibility of meeting different sleeping times (e.g. with children). Communication worked great and fast. Overall, the accommodation is highly recommended!!

The accommodation is in a unique location overlooking the beach and North Sea. It’s tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. Even has its own private fitness equipment and there is also the use of an indoor pool. Everything was immaculate and every detail from the cozy bedding to the modern amenities made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Luna’s mother went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us some outstanding local tips. It would be a perfect location for a larger gathering as Luna also runs a Beach House opposite. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway, an active beach holiday or simply a beautiful place to relax and unwind, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of IJmuidens coastal charm.
