In the old characteristic Broek in Waterland near the church, in a newly built barn behind the farm. Featuring private access (self check-in) a split level with sleeping area and garden area. On the ground floor (24 m2) is a living room with sofa, kitchenette with fridge, two hotplates, dining area and separate bathroom. On the loft is the bedroom with a double bed, plenty of closet space and a clothing rack. Good WiFi available. There are two bikes (Veloretti) for rent (10,- per bike per day)

The studio is equiped with a kitchen, bathtub and underfloor heating. You can take the bike, hire a canoe, hike or just relax. The bus gets you to the center of Amsterdam in 15 minutes. The spectacular view of the water immidiatly transforms the mind after a visit in Amsterdam. From this quiet area it is only 10 minutes by public transport to the Central Station in Amsterdam.

Temidden van de Waterlandse natuur maak je een van de mooie fietstochten, of stap je vanaf het terras in een kano voor een tochtje door het natuurgebied Varkensland. Het huisje is brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, met goed uitgeruste keuken, eigen terras en parkeerplek. Wakker worden door het geluid van de vogeltjes, zo vier je ontspannen vakantie in eigen land.

In the 'Farmhouse', an recently restored farmer's house built in 1880, you will find peace and quiet plus all that Amsterdam has to offer around the corner!

Ons guesthouse ‘Achterom’ staat in het prachtige, rustige Watergang. Je bent in 12 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam met de auto of bus. Lekker buiten combineren met alles wat de stad te bieden heeft. Het guesthouse zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een (korte) vakantie nodig hebt. Our guesthouse 'Achterom' is located in the beautiful, quiet Watergang. You reach the center of Amsterdam in 12 minutes by bus or car. Nice outdoors combined with everything the city has to offer.

At the edge of the nature reserve "Varkensland", less than 15 minutes from Amsterdam, you will find our fully renovated guest house. A sunny two-story house with garden and water. From this oasis of peace and quiet you can discover this beautiful region, with historic towns such as Monnickendam and Marken. Amsterdam is also literally right around the corner here. The bus ride to Amsterdam should take 10 minutes. The bus leaves every 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop.

Are you tired of the city for a while? Are you looking for a special destination for a vacation in your own country? I would love to welcome you to my unique place in the middle of the farmlands of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. By the way, the ferry is privately owned, and is only used by my guests.
