Bolton Valley, Sugarbush, and Stowe Mountain Resorts are just a 20-30 minute drive, and the Ben & Jerry's Factory and Waterbury Reservoir are less than 10 miles north. A perfect location!

Hello and welcome to our Red Road Farm 'Bunkhouse' -- We're so happy to host you! Sitting on our 200 acre estate this authentic barn offers our guests a chance to relax in the beautiful rolling hills of Vermont. Access the vast majority of our historic Stowe area land -- from our apple orchards to our extensive walking paths in fields and woodland. We hope that you can experience such fun and quiet time in our cozy, western-style bunk room. Located only a 10 minute drive from downtown Stowe.

With the back country and the front town, travelers can settle in on the deck to enjoy the views, or set out to explore a happening downtown-just one block away. This second floor space is private, light filled, and quiet. Please note, we were previous Super Hosts before Covid. We're getting back into hosting with an even better apartment (more space, and two bedrooms!) We're not absentee investors running an AirBnb business; we live in an adjacent apartment and enjoy welcoming guests!

Village Oasis 2 -the crossroads of VT
A friend once referred to our town as Mayberry. It's definitely a small town where people look out for each other. In the heart of the village, walking distance from local restaurants, brewery's, and shops as well as mountain bike trails. 5 mi from a beach where you can rent canoes/kayaks/paddle boards. Enjoy the slopes, hiking, Ben and Jerry's, local brewery's, or the Vt. landscape, settle in with a warm jacuzzi tub. At the end of the day cozy up on a king sized bed watching Netflix's.

Waterbury Center Guest Bedroom - 244 Howard
The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

Gorgeous Treehouse! Fall Foliage Paradise Big View
Lilla Rustica is an elevated cabin among the trees. Private, with Stunning views this was built by "The Tree House Guys" a local Vermont company whom can be found having a season on the DIY network. Tons of detail, while keeping the design natural and simple. Unbelievable views of Camels hump State park. A loft with one queen bed and downstairs has a queen bed with three sides of the bed having windows facing the views. Hiking offered right from the cabin. An awesome getaway!

The Roost - Recharge & Relax
Enjoy being immersed in nature when you stay in this unique treehouse to unwind while experiencing some of the best sights and nature in Vermont. This cabin up on stilts and bordering one of Vermont's beautiful state parks. Views of the walkable Waterbury reservoir can be seen from its perch in the trees. "The Roost" aims for a balance of rustic meets elegance. With a tiled shower and heated flooring through out- one can truly reconnect and recharge in this unique experience.

Our home sits in the heart of the historic Waterbury village. It is a Victorian, full of historical charm and warm light. There is off-street parking and a side porch in which to enjoy a cup of coffee. It is in easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, small shops, a grocery store, and pharmacy. We live right off of interstate 89, exit 10, the crossroads between Sugarbush Valley, Stowe, Montpelier, and Burlington. Outdoor entertainment is accessible in all these areas.

There are also many amazing hiking, mtn biking, cross country skiing and excellent fishing opportunities nearby

Lovely one-bedroom apartment
The apartment is centrally located - 5 minutes from Ben & Jerry's and Waterbury Village; 20 minutes from Stowe with great biking and hiking and 30 minutes from Burlington and Lake Champlain. Enjoy the spectacular views and relaxing atmosphere on your private deck. Although the apartment does not have air conditioning, it stays a cool 65 degrees on most days - you may even want to turn on the heat early on a summer morning! We require a minimum of a three-night stay.
