Dawn set the bar high with this Carriage House. Fully stocked, updated, comfy, quiet, impeccably clean, high end everything. This stay was incredible! The Airbnb was so clean and was beautiful. Christine, the host, was so kind, helpful, and responsive. The Airbnb is tucked away so it's peaceful but only a 5-10 minute drive away from the restaurants, stores, etc. Absolutely perfect. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay in Mystic! The School House was cozy, charming, well-ventilated with great A/C, clean, and very welcoming. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to cook in, which made meals at home a breeze. Gerard was an exceptional host — proactive, thoughtful, and always made sure we had everything we needed. We also lucked out with friendly neighbors in the Captain’s House next door. The outdoor space was a real highlight, with beautiful views of the Mystic River right from the doorstep. If you don’t mind a bit of limited headroom in the attic bedroom, this BnB is an easy recommendation!

Patrick and Tracy were wonderful to rent from and the house was great. We had 5 adults and everyone slept comfortably. The patio was a great experience with the pool, hot tub and great outdoor seating. We loved the area and would return in a heartbeat if the dates are open for next year’s trip.

We had a great stay at Stan's house. The house itself was lovely, the backyard was great, and the beds were very comfortable. It was very kid friendly and had toys and books that my toddler enjoyed. the location was great and we loved being walking distance to the seaport and downtown. We also appreciated the snacks waiting at the Airbnb after a long travel day. Would be happy to stay again in future!

Marianne’s place was very nice. It suited my wife and I just fine. Clean, fresh, and just the right size for the 2 of us. Parking was VERY convenient and the location was perfect. Everything worked well - door lock, water pressure, lighting, TV, Internet - no problems at all. We had a very nice stay.

This was the perfect spot for what we were looking for as my son graduated from Conn College. The host was very responsive to my questions and flexible with check in times which we needed. House was exactly what was described and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!!

We loved the layout of the house and all the amenities! Kevin was super responsive to our questions ! He was always ready to help with any needs or wants for our stay His house is perfect for a party of four and feels very airy and spacious! Would definitely want to try and stay here again!

Immaculate space. Location and views are incredible. Check in was easy, hosts were very communicative and you can tell they put a great deal of energy into their home. They also included fresh eggs from their farm. We were obsessed with it and will definitely rebook.

I was very happy with our stay. The pictures represented the house well but I got an even better feeling when we got inside. It was a great location for us. We went to my son's graduation at URI. Though it was around 30 minutes away we got there easily. There is a Dunkin Donuts and Honey Dew right around the corner so though Kelly had the house well stocked with coffee and dishware, we were able to grab some food items from there. We celebrated the graduation with dinner at Vetranos. Before leaving we took a nice ride by the water and beaches. If we were going for a summer vacation would consider staying there also. The house was charming and comfortable for myself, husband, parents and 3 adult sons. I would have enjoyed staying an extra day. Also Kelly and husband were very gracious to allow us to snack on a few items that they left in the fridge. I wish I had had the time to leave something for them. Thanks Kelly for being a great host!

Great space, accurate description

I have stayed at lots of places in the last few years . . . and this place ranks right at the top. It is beyond beautiful. The water views from the living room and both bedrooms made it hard to leave and come home. It's actually even more amazing than the pictures. Don't think twice! Book this place now!

Absolutely loved this Airbnb! Less than a 5 minute walk to beautiful downtown Mystic. The hosts were helpful, always responded quickly and even left a sweet welcome package. The home was just as described and perfect for our family of 8. The beds were very comfortable with high quality linens and they even purchased a pack-n-play to accommodate our grandbaby! I highly recommend this wonderful home!

Exceeded expectations can’t wait to return! Great spending time with grandkids and sharing all the local spots- Jim’s and skips dock and snug harbor diner- they are all still open from my childhood time- 70’s….

What a wonderful stay! It truly is a bright and cheerful home. Eric thoroughly communicated all we needed to know before checking in. He was very responsive and made sure we had the best stay. We did! The home is in a quiet location but close enough to all that Mystic has to offer. It was impeccably clean and well stocked. We felt right at home as soon as we checked in. It is cozy, clean, comfy and we can’t wait to be back for another relaxing stay!

Matthew was super responsive and our stay was perfect for my husband and I and 2 children. The road was quiet and we were close by to the beach. We would love to return!

Nicole and Meredith were great and their home was adorable and nicely appointed throughout the house. We loved spending the week there and felt right at home. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for getaway or vacation.

Amy’s Beachside retreat was absolutely beautiful , spotless , she was available always , very informative with her guest book for her quests to see what’s in the area , she went above and beyond I would highly recommend her vacation rentals. Amy answered every question I had before arriving during and after. Amy was very kind and takes quite pride in her vacation rental and goes out of her way for her vacationers ,My family had a wonderful time and appreciate the care she takes in her vacation home.
