We had a great stay! The house is really very suitable for several people whether family or friends. The kitchen offers plenty of space to cook and eat together. The living room is also very large for spending time together. Nevertheless, you have enough space and rooms to retreat. Everything is as shown in the pictures, modern, large and cozy. The location is excellent! Right in the city to see a lot of Ypres. A great and large park is also right by the house. Everything is super, within walking distance. Marie’s cottage was perfect for our stay! It was comfortable, clean, private and in a great, safe location. Her decorations were tastefully done, the private courtyard was like our own personal paradise during our stay, especially for our cats who felt very at home there. The flexible self-check in was perfect for us too. Marie was very kind and responsive and even left a thoughtful welcoming treat for our family. It was a great stay!

perfect. maybe consider putting up curtains for the daylight that comes in downstairs on the staircase side and can be annoying if someone sleeps on the couch.

We came in and felt right at home. The house is very quiet and has a beautiful, park-like garden. The beds were very comfortable and everything you need was in the house. The kitchen is well equipped. There are numerous comfortable seating options. The parking lot is very safe behind a gate. Our dog was also welcome. We enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back.

Amazing stay although only for work! Bertrand is a lovely and attentive host, The breakfast wish freshly squeezed juice and hot coffee was perfect. The house is beautiful the rooms are enormous and modern. Peaceful and quiet with the beautiful garden and pool! We could not try it, but apparently Bertrand is an amazing chefs and can organise events and dinners at his beautiful home! Maybe next time 🙏🏼

Very good family stay, the house is very nice, the services offered are of quality and the house is very well equipped for everyday life, which makes you feel really good in the house. Young and old were able to enjoy and enjoy the amenities!! Host is very responsive and available. We highly recommend this home and will come back to it during our next stay.

Excellent welcome, thank you to Georges and Paul for their great kindness and attentiveness. The cottage is impeccably clean, very well equipped and nicely decorated. We particularly enjoyed, with our cat, the fenced garden with a zen and relaxing charm. A place we highly recommend!

first chosen for its proximity to the Pierre Mauroy stadium, then turned out to be a very nice base for visiting the north and Belgium. Clean and very well-equipped studio.

We had a very pleasant stay at Maxime's place. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, near a tram station and a bus stop with direct and fast connections to the city center. The apartment was clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay: well equipped kitchen, decent bed, sofa, a warm shower, and a TV. Communication with Maxime was easy and friendly. Definitely recommended!

Very pleasant accommodation, very nice volumes for this loft, photos faithful to the accommodation offered, cozy atmosphere thanks to a neat decor. Parking is a real plus. Great weekend with friends, the separation of living spaces from night spaces makes community life easier I highly recommend the loft offered by Stéphane.
