Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Washington Park, Denver

Couldn’t have asked for better. This was a safe, comfortable, and convenient home away from home for my 73 and 77 year old parents. They loved the extras Craig tucked away for breakfast/snacks in the fridge and drawer and each appreciated greeting the morning on the attached back deck. Craig was available, friendly, and communicative from start to finish. And my goodness is it a great location. I live two blocks away so know very well how easy it is to walk a few minutes to the park, a few different groceries, and good restaurants. Thanks to their positive experience in the Botanic Room, my folks are excited to come back to Denver. Hooray!

Beautiful space with all the amenities you’ll need. The host was super responsive and attentive. This was a seamless and incredible stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Denver.

Travis and wendee are by far the best hosts we’ve had so far very responsive respectful and friendly hosts 5/5 very private and homey! The location is close to local restaurants and places near the University district and downtown is only 15 minutes away! Will book again in the future

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

We had a wonderful stay with Liz! It was cozy and set up nicely. We were close to tons of great restaurants and things to do and most other things we wanted to do weren’t a very far drive or uber ride. If you’re lucky Jinx the cat will pay you a visit if you’re outside and that was our favourite part. Thanks for making our trip enjoyable and comfortable.

Great spot! Very walkable neighborhood and great shops near by. Make sure you have all THREE lock codes before trying to get in. After I figured out the place had THREE lock codes I felt very safe. Apartment is also a lot bigger than pictured so that’s a plus.

My family and I booked Billy’s house for my college graduation and it was better than we could have imagined! The house felt like home even though we only stayed 2 nights. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you might need. Billy was very accommodating and kind during our booking process and throughout the time we stayed. There is a cute back yard and the house is steps away from City Park which is very beautiful and has so much to offer. I’d recommend Billy’s home without hesitation to anyone visiting the area!

It was FULLY stocked clean and beautiful and uplifting with comfortable beds great kitchen nice outdoor area and a very pleasant living room and a great location close to everything . Highly recommend booking Tim's modern guest home for a wonderful stay in Denver. Tim & Johanna were excellent & responsive hosts that provided detailed instructions. My spouse and I had zero issues because provided instructions were concise, and the house was in pristine condition. I know if we had any questions they would have been answered quickly. The house was exactly as listed and well equipped. I found Platt Park a great central area for exploring the city but also charming & fun to explore on it's own. You are steps away from Broadway and a quick walk to Pearl street which are both filled with great shops and restaurants.

Michael's listing is next-level Airbnb accommodations! Michael made sure to make us feel welcome from the very beginning, even prior to our stay. He sent a photo of the listing, as it is set back on the property, just to make sure it did not throw us off upon arrival. There was a welcoming care-package of treats, including wine, popcorn, and local brews, which is so thoughtful after traveling. The home is well cared for, including a comfortable couch and relaxing living room chairs. In the bedroom, the bed is firm & lined with all cotton sheets & down pillows. The air conditioning unit was great, as it was in the mid-90s outdoors during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with silverware, flatware, and cookware. One night, we utilized the propane grill for a cook-out; we also used the washer and dryer in the basement. The neighborhood feels safe and is quiet; we walked the neighborhood daily. I highly recommend Michael's listing for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Denver!

Cute space. Half of a duplex. Parking out front was easy for the entire stay… good for one or two people. Suited us well for our needs. Close to most everything you’d want to be close to.

We loved every minute of our stay at this home! It is beautiful on the inside and out - the host really put a lot of time and effort into turning this home into a modern, yet historically classic gem. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in and we really enjoyed having the sun room for our dog, who spent the majority of her time in there. The living room and dining room were also very spacious and cozy to spend time in. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were aesthetically pleasing. The bathrooms were very clean and modern, which we appreciated a lot. We enjoyed sitting outside near the fireplace and using the grill - this was the perfect house for a summer vacation. The one drawback is the low fence for a bigger dog. We had to keep an eye on her just in case since the house is next to a busier street on one side. Other than that, it was an amazing neighborhood next to a big park and main street to get ice cream, a bite to eat, and cute shops to visit. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely loved this Airbnb in Denver! The space was cozy, stylish, and immaculately clean. The location was perfect—an uber shot close to great restaurants, breweries, and downtown, yet in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was thoughtful and responsive, and every detail felt intentional, from the comfortable bed to the prompt responses . I’d definitely stay here again!

The host was really good with communication and always responded very quickly. The Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as described. It was very easy to walk to Empower Field. The parking garage was small, but other than that it was a great!!

The stay was very nice. Clean apartment and had all the amenities we needed. The only complaint would be that the mattress was quite firm.

Heather as a host is remarkable! Super quick to reply to questions, inquiries and she made great suggestions. Location is above a great coffee shop and nail spa. Highly recommend

This Air BnB was so lovely! Stephanie has curated such a cool space. It was easy to get everywhere I wanted to go and close to the interstates. The listing says it’s noisy, which was true, but it normally died down by 11 PM. Parking was east to find around the building. Stephanie was very flexible and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay when traveling for business as it is a short drive to DTC and short walk to Cherry Creek Trail for running or biking.

Overall really good stay. There was no opportunity to check my bags or check in early, which was disappointing. A few things were not working in the apt, but they were quick to respond and get maintenance to fix the microwave/garbage disposal. They did not end up fixing the microwave so that was a little frustrating that I couldn’t use it but overall not a huge deal. Would definitely stay again! Great location to some good bars/restaurants and only a short walk to downtown. Would stay again!
