Our small above-garage guesthouse on the New York-Vermont border is a retreat from busy life. The open floor plan, airy apartment has windows on all sides & overlooks woods, meadow & animal pastures. The guesthouse is ideal for those looking to get away from electronics and the internet, and hike and bike the area’s trails, and/or paddle the Battenkill River and area lakes. Or just sit on the deck with a book and cup of tea or glass of wine. Pets are welcome (we do charge a small fee for pets)!

Enjoy space, privacy, nature in an off-grid tiny cabin. Relax at a private (heated) cabin that sits on a seasonal stream. There is no plumbing or electricity. The outhouse is shown in photos. This isn't safe for toddlers (stream with a steep rocky bank and a narrow bridge without a railing). It's perfect for nature lovers. Enjoy hiking from the cabin or drive to close-by trails. Lake George (actual lake) is 1/4 mile away. The village with public beaches (and bathhouse) is a 10 min drive.

Runamuk Farm camp with a view!

Picturesque location on farmland with views of the mountains. We are a micro farm. Wake up and watch the sunrise and go for a short hike on the property, and get to know the animals. We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of our camp.

Unique centrally located, peaceful country chalet between the Adirondack and Green Mountains on 60 acres. Starlink available if your phone doesn't work here. Near Lk George, Lk Champlain, & VT. Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. Welcome to the AirBnB situated on a small working farm. You are welcome to tour the grounds to say hello to all the animals. This place is for the birds! No really you will enjoy watching chickens, ducks, emus, geese, guinea fowl, and peafowl. The farm is also home to a herd of beautiful alpaca and resident llama, curious goats, and barn cats. There are working livestock guardian dogs who watch over the herd who will greet you from behind the fence.
