My apartment is in the small town of Wartmannsroth in a quiet residential area, close to the forest. Our small town (approx. 400 inhabitants) offers plenty of peace and relaxation and many opportunities to enjoy nature. We have well-marked hiking trails, especially our Brenner hiking trails are very informative. What distinguishes Wartmannsroth are the distilleries in the village. Many events and functions are offered by the individual distilleries. Cyclists will also find beautiful tours here.

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Our apartment is located in the idyllic district of Heiligkreuz in the municipality of Wartmannsroth. Nestled in the Schondra Valley, the small town offers tranquility, relaxation and many opportunities to enjoy nature all around. Well-signposted hiking and cycling trails invite you to an active vacation. The apartment is on the second floor on two floors of a detached house. In front of the house you will find a covered terrace with seating and lying options, which only you can use.

Living at Schloss Höllrich

The apartment is situated in a partially renovated water castle from 1565 in the small village of Hollrich, Germany It consists of 2 lovingly decorated bedrooms with a kitchen and a bathroom. You will stay in one room with cross vaults, beautifully decorated stone columns and a newly installed solid oak floor which gives the room a pleasantly warm flair. The view is out to the court yard and the moat . A closet is installed in the 51 inch thick wall .

Directly above our self-service farm shop is our 40 sqm apartment. With a fully equipped kitchen (including small oven, toaster, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher), the open adjoining living room with LED flat-screen satellite TV and a sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate bedroom with air conditioning and TV, it leaves nothing to be desired for a short stopover or a longer stay.
