Hands down one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The apartment is bright, spotless, and feels like a private retreat. The sofa was great, big smart TV, and fully equipped kitchen made it feel like home, but the real showstopper is the huge private terrace. It was pure relaxation with a heated jacuzzi ready 24/7, sitting under the stars was unreal. The queen bed was insanely comfortable, the vibe calm and peaceful. Free underground parking with elevator access straight to the door made it even easier. The café and bakery downstairs were perfect for slow mornings. The host was amazing - super responsive with great local food tips. Honestly feels like they’re undercharging at €160 a night for what you get. Pure comfort, total privacy, and real luxury in Warsaw. I will definitely stay here when I am back in Warsaw. Thanks again!

Worth the money, responsive and flexible host.

This place is perfect. The photos do not do it justice. It is very specious, comfortable and clean. We were a family of seven and had more than enough room, dishes, towels and anything we could think of. The sauna is a very nice bonus. The neighbourhood is quite and feels safe. We were with a rental car, so it was nice to be able to park it and close the house’s gate. It took us less than 30 minutes to drive to Warsaw’s old town.

A large comfortable room in a two-story private house, with a large storage room for things. You will have access to a large private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Within 20 minutes walking distance is Pludy station, from where you reach the center of Warsaw only 25 minutes by SKM S3 trains for 4,40 PLN. Kind, friendly hosts.

The landlord was very flexible when it comes to check-in time and made it so much easier for us to start the weekend. The house is a dream! We couldn't get enough of the indoor and outdoor pool. The sauna was also used extensively. The amenities in the house are great, we didn't miss anything. And the kindness of the landlord has been felt throughout the weekend. He was very accessible whenever I had a question and always helpful. Thank you very much and I hope we have another opportunity to be guests here.

Absolutely wonderful stay. I felt very at home. Margaret is so welcoming and kind and showed me around Warsaw! It was a privilege to hear about the history of the city from her. Comfortable bed, cozy place, I couldn’t recommend it more!

We've stayed at Pawel's place for the second time now. Everything was as good as the year before. Location's great, you can order different food delivery options very conveniently as it all comes within the hour. Area is beautiful. Backyard is spacious. Lot's of toys for the kids and things to do. Pawel is always very responsive and eager to help with anything, so your stay goes as smooth as possible!

Some of the best I have met. Very friendly, very helpfull, speaks english very well. Krzysztof helped me about a lot of things abd gave me plenty of advices. They are both fantastic people.

An amazing location whether you’re coming to Warsaw to study, work or sightsee :) Apartment is beautiful, fresh and equipped with with all the amenities you may need. Sergii is a great host, extremely kind, responsive and helpful! I do recommend :) Just a small note – the apartment was really clean, including the bedding and the kitchen. The only thing I would improve is that the floor was a bit dirty and seemed like hadn’t been vacuumed.

Cozy, well-located studio tucked behind Plac Unii Lubelskiej — an ideal base for exploring Warsaw. I loved being within walking distance of the Chopin concert in Łazienki Park, and having access to great stores, restaurants and bakeries, and excellent public transport right outside the door. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully designed, with a super comfortable bed, plenty of light, and a modern bathroom featuring a fantastic shower head . The space was quiet and relaxing, perfect after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, stylish stay in one of Warsaw’s most connected and elegant neighborhoods.

It was very good to choose this place! In the heart of the city, close to the main central station, very convinient!

It is close to the historic inner city and Warsawa Centralna (both about 10min via tram). The road in front of the apartment is a bit noisy, but it wasn't a problem, especially after I figured out the window needed a bit more force to close properly. There's quite a few restaurants in the area, and we could even find basic groceries during a national holiday within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped with most basic things you could need during your stay: shower gel and shampoo, towels. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets clean. The kitchen was equipped with bacic cooking supplies (salt, sugar, some spicies, tea and a few other things). The equipment was sufficient for doing basic cooking for two people or preparing food for the next day exploring Warsaw. Cooking for more people would be a challange. The instructions Magadalena sent were clear and well illustrated with pictures. Overall she was helpful and friendly, the apartment cozy and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Patryk ’s place! It was perfect for our family—very clean, comfortable, and truly family-friendly. The apartment had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the metro station, which made getting around the city super convenient. We also loved how close it was to several parks, which was ideal for our little one to play and for relaxing strolls. Patryk was friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, especially families. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

I’m not sure what else I could add to all the great reviews. Jakub was so responsive and helpful! The location is in a neighborhood with plenty of walking and parks. The apartment has everything you need and it is comfortable. Smartly decorated and just downright lovely! Stay here!
