(Pool & gardens are approx. 1k from our home, and can be a flat walk/bike ride). A split system aircon heats/cools the main living area - great for anything the W/Bool weather throws your way. In a residential area, with council playground nearby.

A self contained bungalow with ensuite & deck with garden views. We have an upper deck with views of the Merri River, great for relaxing or having a BBQ. There is a small fridge, microwave, toaster & facilities for making tea/coffee. We provide a light Australian breakfast, consisting of muesli, juice & toast with spreads. A magpie family visit us 3-4 times a day to be fed! The drive to St John's hospital is 2.5 minutes; South West Health Care 4 minutes; city centre 5 and beach 7-8.
