In the living room there is also a sofa bed on which another 2 people can be accommodated. A highlight is the private sauna in the apartment. The picturesque old town is within walking distance.

Vacation "Briese" near Wismar

Our small ,fine holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of our residential building. The holiday apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. Kitchen has a ceramic hob, kettle and filter coffee machine , as well as usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) as well as a few small cupboards. There is also a beautiful shower room.

Schulzenhof-Woest - Vacation home

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

My place is idyllic but still centrally located next to a water mill at the palace garden. The castle, Lake Schwerin and the city are within walking distance. Cozy little apartment for two people. The apartment is located in a residential building, which is about 15 minutes by bike from the tranquil spa town of Warnemünde. The wide sandy beach and the Baltic Sea can then also be reached quickly. The apartment has a parking space for a car. The garden of the house is also available. Wi-Fi and bicycles are also available.
