The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

Here you can enjoy - as a couple, small family or alone - both the idyllic surrounding nature and diverse leisure activities and relax from everyday life. The state capital of Kiel and the historic city of Lübeck are worth a trip. It is 25 minutes to the Baltic Sea.

We offer our 30 sqm apartment in downtown Kiels. The quiet apartment building is located in a small residential street. The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We try to keep the apartment beautiful and modern all the time. Outside of Kiels, the Marutendorf estate is located in the middle of the Westensee Nature Park. We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the farm's own lake.
