The "chicken house"

The chicken house is located in the middle of the beautiful permagar, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhupten. Gabi and Guido live here their dream of independence and want to expand the farm in a sustainable and tedious way. For example, the walls and ceiling of the chicken house have been made from the more than 200-year-old floorboards of the main house. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. Our Hüsli is surrounded by nature, quiet and on the Alpstein hiking trail In the garden, there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fire pit and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent views and the alpine feeling can be enjoyed particularly well from the bench on the front courtyard. Inside it is nice and cozy, with tiled stove and wood stove, cozy living room and spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)

Located in a rural but close proximity to the local part of Tettnang, about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former farm use with modern facilities. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season. In the adjacent yard you can sit outside or grill.

Lake house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland of the Säntis and the Zeppelin city "Friedrichshafen." For 5 years we are successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people who would have liked to have booked our whole house. That's why we decided to make our entire house nice guests available from Easter 22.
