We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, WiFi in our private house on the outskirts of the city. Ideal for short breaks, but not suitable for shepherd hours and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. It impresses with its sights and cultural events such as the ship lift, Manufactum and the annual Waltroper Parkfest. The Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund and the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen can be reached in about 30 minutes by car or public transport.

Our apartment has a bedroom with a 140/200 m bed, workstation and wardrobe. In the living room, there is a cozy sofa bed 140/200 m. The windows can also be darkened with roller shutters. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher.
