Our holiday home is located in a central and quiet location in the heart of the Allgäu, in the vicinity of Lake Niedersonthofen. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities. Whether you enjoy the sunset from the roof terrace overlooking the Allgäu Alps or plan a mountain bike tour and a hike directly from your apartment door - nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation here. In winter, you can start extensive tours at an altitude of 900 m with snowshoes and cross-country skis - directly in the climatic health resort - or explore all the Allgäu ski resorts within a 30 km drive.

Our simple but functionally furnished attic studio is located in Isny, a lovely small town in the Allgäu. It offers enough space for two adults. The two regional airports Friedrichshafen am Bodensee and Memmingen are about 30 kilometers away. The house is located 5 minutes from the city center of Isny. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is in approx. 5 minutes.

We would like to welcome you to the new *das Franz*. The new apartments were furnished with a lot of love for detail. Our carpenter Franz has refurbished the old beams of the original farmhouse and, in combination with modern oak wood, has crafted many custom-made pieces of furniture. The stylish, modern furnishings, with lots of real wood and pleasant earth tones, ensure a feel-good atmosphere.
