My holiday home in Wendland

This old barn has been transformed into an architectural experience through modern expansion. Over 250 square meters, two living areas, three enclosed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Jameln is centrally located in Wendland. Our house (108 square meters) used to be the laboratory house of the old dairy. It combines an old facade with modern coziness. Here you can relax and escape everyday life. Kitchen and bathroom with underfloor heating, living room with fireplace. After a visit to the Elbtalaue, Dannenberg, Hitzacker or Lüchow, you can stop in at the local restaurant in the "Altes Haus" in Jameln or end the evening with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace.

Welcome to our stylish apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the property offers modern living comfort on approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchens, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open half-timbered and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

Unwind in Gledeberg

The lovingly furnished apartment (approx. 70 square meters) is located on the upper floor of an old half-timbered house. The whole apartment was renovated in 2020 and furnished in a modern country house style. The location on the outskirts and the many windows allow a view of fields, forest and meadows and on clear nights you can admire a special starry sky here. A large, lovingly designed garden, outdoor seating and lockable storage for bicycles are available.

The spacious farmhouse, renovated in 2024, is in a quiet location and can accommodate up to 6 people. All rooms are located on the ground floor and are barrier-free. From the kitchen you have direct access to the south-facing terrace, which offers sufficient privacy. The large property is shared with the hostess. The large garden with seating areas and the pool (depending on the weather) are available. The place offers variety for a relaxing vacation.

Country loft in a circular village

We welcome you to the beautiful and historic Rundlingsdorf Satemin in Wendland. The former farmhouse from 1850 is divided into two residential units. The property is located in the former 110 m² commercial part and spacious tiled area. From there you have a sheltered view of the village square with the old half-timbered houses. On the lovingly planted courtyard with cobblestones there is another small stable building and a rear barn.
