This old barn has become an architectural experience through modern development. Over 250 sqm, two living areas, three enclosed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub. There is also a sauna. Suitable for up to two families or three couples. The location: village outskirts with views of the fields, Rundlingsdorf Trabuhn in the beautiful Wendland. In the village there is an equestrian stable with flexible riding facilities for guests, even for children. Swimming facilities in Arendsee and Gartow.

In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Haus am Mühlbach

Jameln is centrally located in Wendland. Our house (108 square meters) used to be the laboratory house of the old dairy. It combines an old facade with modern coziness. Here you can relax and escape everyday life. Kitchen and bathroom with underfloor heating, living room with fireplace. After a visit to the Elbtalaue, Dannenberg, Hitzacker or Lüchow, you can stop in at the local restaurant in the "Altes Haus" in Jameln or end the evening with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace.

Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

Sunny, large garden, family-friendly and fireplace: The beautiful apartment in a converted barn is ideal for people looking for peace, exercise and nature. You can make campfires, go on bike rides or sit in the dormer and enjoy the unobstructed view over the garden and pastures. A beautiful lake can be reached by bike. Wi-Fi (about 23/7 MBits) and a washing machine are available as well as two private entrances. The sauna costs €10 for 2 hours, each additional hour €5.

During your stay with us, you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with a terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought, 1 hectare. Ground floor, on 62 sqm this place is perfect for couples. On cool days, the fireplace provides coziness, on warm days the terrace invites you to sunbathe. Surrounded by the unique cottage in the historic rundling of listed buildings and a lot of nature.

Country loft in a circular village

We welcome you to the beautiful and historic Rundling village of Satemin in Wendland. The former farmhouse from 1850 is divided into two residential units. The property is located in the former 110 sqm economic area and spacious tenning area. From there you have a protected view of the village square with the old half-timbered houses. On the lovingly planted courtyard with cobblestones is another small stable building and a rear barn.

Apartment approx. 60 m² on the 2nd floor of an old, former restaurant. For families: large garden and lawn for playing, chilling, barbecuing. For nature lovers: Two large lakes with wild birds nearby, the Green Belt in the former border region. For history buffs: Megalith Route, The Young Archaeologists. Not everything is perfect with us (work still awaits in the yard and in the barn :), but we offer relaxed living and freedom.

The wooden house is in a very quiet location, the neighbors are very quiet and hardly noticeable. The surrounding meadows and forests make it a relaxing place. Lüneburg is about half an hour away. The Elbe can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The nearest shops are 10-15 minutes away. The house invites you to relax. The cozy bed is suitable for 2 people. There is also a sofa bed in the fireplace room which can be used.
