Very nice house with its comfort and a nice garden. A little far from the city on foot and a little steep access with its hills narrow enough to access but very quiet.

Anne & Jan proved extremely helpful and friendly from the very start. They gave valuable advice and were so kind as to leave a fantastic gueuze beer as a welcome gift. The house is cozy and very well organized and is in a magnificent location, an oasis of tranquility and quiet. The beautiful back garden faces west and you can admire the sunset while comfortably sitting and relaxing at the outdoor table. The emerald green fields surrounding the neighborhood are fantastic. The bathroom is tidy and the shower is magnificent, as well as in the kitchen nothing is missing, not even the coffee pods. Perfect stay with extremely welcoming hosts! To be back soon!

We had an amazing stay in this Rbnb . The house has an extraordinary charm, very clean and well maintained. She has a great location. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming making our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We greatly enjoyed our family weekend in the Hoeve van Anne! Everything you could need is present and even more. We lacked nothing and were able to enjoy the garden, the spacious areas and all the games that were present (ping pong, darts, Kubb,...). The children also had fun and did not get bored for a second with all the play material that was present. Anne made sure we felt welcome right away and provided plenty of privacy.

If you want to get in touch with nature then this is the place for you. Great stay and had everything we've needed (no TV specially). David was a responsive host. we would come back. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Me and 6 friends stayed at Françoise's cottage for 4 nights. In front of the door we could park both cars, which was very pleasant. Everything looked nice and tidy, also it is of course a wonderfully quiet area where you can walk nicely. A supermarket relatively nearby (5 min by car) and plenty to do within a 30-minute drive. The mattresses seemed somewhat hard at first, but these slept fine! The shower on the 1st floor does not have that much water pressure, but this was also not really disturbing. All in all, the cottage is very cozy, well clean and many basic things you often use are already present in the cottage (oil, herbs, foil, etc.) The contact with Françoise himself was also really great! Often within 30 min/1 hour already a useful and friendly answer. Thanks Françoise!! Who knows until next time ;)

We had a great week with our family in the beautiful property of Priscilla and Arnaud. Truly a little paradise with beautiful nature, swimming pool, tennis court and lots of space for the kids to run and play. The house is very well laid out, the terrace a great place to sit and eat/read/talk, and the games rooms and cinema room are nice bonuses. The friendly and helpful support of Sylvain during our stay was much appreciated. All in all highly recommended.

Luxury cottage, located in a very quiet place. We slept great there in a nice bed. A car is necessary to explore the beautiful surroundings, but they are nice rides in the area where the Battle of Waterloo took place. But Brussels is also close by. It is only 25 minutes by train to the middle of the city center. The station is a 10-minute drive from the cottage. The cottage has every comfort, and if you have any questions, you will receive an immediate answer. The welcome and introduction on arrival are warm and good. No surprises. Isabelle and Alain are a pleasant hostess and host.

Armelle Place has been lovely, bit cold at the arrival but once the heating was turn on it became quickly homey. It is furnished with all the comforts. We rented the house for new year, with our dog and cat, to be away from fireworks and the city, and it was the best idea. The house has a big garden but on the add was missing the pictures of the back of the house, which is sided by a road. This was a bit of a problem to leave the dog and the cat off leash. So something to keep in mind :) all in all highly raccomand

Thank you for We were able to spend a short trip with the extended family in your house. Maud is a great landlady who was always available and supported us with great tips. Even on Sunday, when there was a problem with the electricity, she was quick to respond and fix it. The animal inhabitants and the furnishings made it a special experience.

A beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed the swimming pool, the wonderful garden and the quiet surroundings with our 9-month-old daughter. Our dog Bowi also had a great time with Peter's dog Chopin, they were inseparable. Peter is very kind and responds quickly. Provided a delicious breakfast every day. Got a nice tip to eat at Friterie du Saule, highly recommended! Thanks Peter and who knows, see you next time!

Exactly as in the pictures. Very quiet location with great distance to other accommodations on the premises. Perfect if you love privacy. Parking at the door. Cottage is neat, clean and completely complete. The dry toilet takes some getting used to, but is fine. Spacious comfortable shower. Pleasant private sauna. We have completely relaxed.

Great family apartment. Thanks to Chris. I recommend it. Only regret: the stairs. Being accompanied by an elderly person, the listing did not mention the stairs to go up to the accommodation... but we adapted and the apartment is very good with a superb terrace in a very quiet and peaceful place.

Excellent stay! Accommodation as described, responsive and warm hosts. In a peaceful area, prone to disconnection. They even allowed us to arrive earlier than planned, so we were able to enjoy the stay even more. Nice touch for the dog with two bowls available. An address to keep for a future stay.
