Very quiet neighbourhood, and perfectly adequate accommodation for a single person for a couple of days stay. Beautiful area and enjoyed a morning run around the nearby lake.

Lovely experience. Olivier is a very nice and friendly host, always ready to answer our questions and easy to deal with. The apartment is impeccable and matches exactly the pictures. Everything is nice and clean, the place is in a beautiful neighbourhood. I recommend!

Guy en zijn vrouw zijn zeer ontspannen en aardige mensen. Bij de begroeting voelden wij ons meteen welkom. Er ligt een spoorlijn en drukke weg dichtbij, maar door de ligging van het huis hoor je daar niks van: het is een kleine oase van rust. Supermarkten liggen op loopafstand, en al het moois van de streek is goed te bereiken. Wij kwamen helemaal uitgerust weer thuis.

We had a really nice time at Luis’. Smooth process of check in/check out, highly appreciate the cleanless of the place. Really quiet, close to Brussels and very nice surroundings (The castle and a playground for kids in walking distance).

Bon rapport qualité prix. L’emplacement est idéal. Le quartier calme et très bien desservit en transport en commun. L’appartement est vieillot, mais assez conforme à la description, photos et aux commentaires. Le canapé lit n’est pas confortable. La communication avec l’hote a été très fluide.

Gite a recommander les yeux fermés ! Tranquillité, aménagement de duplex et hôtes accueillants (chocolats, boisson dans le frigo, café)... rien a dire et nous reviendrons une prochaine fois. Encore une fois merci et bonne continuation aux hôtes.

A very homey apartment filled with plants and natural light — we felt comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped, making it ideal for a longer stay. The apartment is located about 20 minutes from the city center; we had a car and were specifically looking for a quiet, safe residential neighborhood, so this worked perfectly for our family. Small supermarkets are just 5 minutes away by car, with larger ones around 7–10 minutes. There are now two beds: a king-size bed in one bedroom and a double bed in the second. The shower drains slowly — it seems to be a plumbing issue — but we managed just fine by using lower water pressure and pausing the water flow a couple of times during the shower. The bathtub drains without any issues. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches for children: plenty of books, a changing table, and some toys — always a plus when traveling with little ones. Communication with the owner and the local host was excellent.

Parfait ! La chambre proposée par Julien était très propre, le logement très bien équipé et Julien était à la fois accueillant et très disponible. Le tram 4 à proximité immédiate permet d’atteindre le centre ville directement et facilement. Je recommande ! Merci à Julien pour son accueil

L’appartement est confortable et bien équipé. Le soleil entre par les deux grandes portes fenêtre en fin de journée, ce qui est agréable. Il est situé près du centre ville de Gembloux où se trouve des restaurants (Il Padrino à recommander), épicerie bio, boulangerie et autres boutiques et bar tabac. Une épicerie est disponible à 20 minutes à pied. La rue est tranquille la nuit. Florine est accueillante et se préoccupe du bien-être de ses locataires. J’y retournerai.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες. Πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά πράγμα που βοηθούσε στην ξεκούραση. Υπήρχε πολύ κοντά στάση λεωφορείου, που οδηγούσε στην Grand Place. Επίσης, παίρνοντας αυτό το λεωφορείο (Νο 95) μπορούσες να βρεις ανταπόκριση σε πολλά Μέσα Μαζικής Συγκοινωνίας. Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν φιλική και εξυπηρετική. Όταν χρειάστηκε να επικοινωνήσουμε, απάντησε αμέσως. Γενικά είχα πολύ καλή ήσυχη και ξεκούραστη διαμονή. Αν ήθελα να βρω κάτι αρνητικό, θα ήταν η έντονη μυρωδιά από τα φαγητά που μαγειρεύονταν στην κουζίνα. Επίσης ότι οι δύο πετσέτες είναι λίγες ακόμη και για ένα άτομο.

We came in Belgium for a martial art seminar and we needed a quiet place to stay... And we find it! The surroundings are wonderful, the house clean and with everything we needed and the host very attentive about our needs. Thank you very much!

Lovely place in the countryside. Great get away from the city life. I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s. I’ve never seen so many rules for a stay… but I guess keeps everyone on the same page.

We had a great time! The Natural pool was really nice! Marco was really accommodating and super flexible (we had to arrive a day later than planned and were then greeted by his wonderful mother in law). When I couldn’t get the TV to work, Marco responded immediately and stayed online until it was solved. Thank you!! 😊

Le logement est conforme aux photos et indications fournies (il est même encore mieux en vrai !), entrée et sortie faites en toute autonomie. Pratique pour se garer, très calme, avec un environnement verdoyant très agréable. Tout est prévu dans le logement pour s'y trouver confortable et bien accueilli. Propre, chauffé pour notre arrivée, cuisine au top, rangements parfaits. Situé à 30 minutes en voiture de Bruxelles, parfait pour être au calme entre deux visites. Commerces tout à côté accessibles à pieds. Une très belle expérience de séjour, nous recommandons à 100% !!
