The location in the Vienna Woods is really fantastic, the walk to the Annahof is also very worthwhile! Christa & Christian were super nice and we felt very comfortable!

Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! We cannot say enough about Marion's place! We had the most wonderful time here! The place is so spacious and has great quality appliances, the kitchen has everything you could want! Fresh coffee beans in the coffee machine, a great cooker and a dishwasher! The beds were so comfortable, we had the best nights sleep. And the sauna!!!! It was amazing! It heated up so well and just more than we expected! The view was beautiful and the place was just so so peaceful! 😍 Marion and her sister were the perfect hosts! We would 100% recommend their place to other guests! ❤️

We loved the place. As for the amenities, we were pleasantly surprised at how the apartment is furnished. As such, the area is very nice, it offers a lot of leisure activities and plenty of privacy. Kojákovice is just the place to recharge your batteries for a long time.

Flat was amazing, my family and I stayed here and everyone loved their space and being able to accommodate a blended family. Host was incredibly helpful from directions to assisting where she could.

A beautifully furnished, spacious, and unique flat with a very attentive and generous host. The living room gets lots of sun during the day and is nicely bright. The location is convenient and quiet. Some things to take into consideration when deciding to book the flat: The kitchen is somewhat limited and might not suit someone who wants to cook a lot. It is enough for simple meals. There is no washing machine.

The apartment was very nice and we felt very comfortable with Monika. The contact was nice and it is super quiet, for those who just want relaxation. The sauna in the apartment is easy to use and pure relaxation. However, we rented a car because the location was very difficult to reach by public transport. There is a call bus, but it only runs on weekdays and no longer after 8:00 pm. For people who only want to look at the Vienna Woods, and don't want to go into Vienna anyway, or want to make further excursions, it is also fantastic without a car :)

Stanislava's place was beautiful, you can immediately see how much love and work is put into the entire property. Stanislava was always easy to reach, on arrival she explained and showed us everything in person. We were there with three dogs, and they felt super comfortable in the completely enclosed courtyard. The cat that "lives" there was not a problem (my dogs do not like cats) it only came to us at night to eat and get a few strokes. I recommend anyone looking for peace & privacy to book Stanislava's place. It's really beautiful. We will be happy to come back and have already booked 🥰

We were more than satisfied with the Gillausklause. The house is beautiful & equipped with everything. The area is a dream in the middle of the forest, lonely and alone, just as you want it when you come from the city! From now on, every year!

Absolutely perfect! The accommodation exceeded our expectations — everything was spotlessly clean, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, with smooth and pleasant communication throughout. We truly appreciated the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our stay. The beds were very comfortable, the amenities exceeded expectations, and everything worked flawlessly. The only minor inconvenience was that one of the rooms didn’t have a door, only a doorway, which was a bit tricky with a baby. Nevertheless, we would absolutely love to return and can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

I came to Vienna for world championships in kickboxing and Muay Thai. We were a team of 5 people so we needed a house. This location was great and we had everything by we needed in the house. Yet if you are looking for an easy travel even though the train systems in Vienna are super easy you will need a car to stay at this place. Nothing is close especially if you are looking to even go do quick groceries. Yet everything was exactly as stated, along with a sauna which was awesome. Also host is extremely responsive and helpful :)

The house was beautiful ,enough space for 8 people to stay comfortably . A little far from the city centre but a simple Wien transport card can solve that . Very responsive host who offered a lot of kitchen supplies and chocolates.❤️

Communication with Doris (wife / girlfriend) of Manfred went smoothly. All questions and requests were answered in a timely manner. We also received the instructions for checking in with the help of the neighbor in good time. The kitchen was well equipped and we felt very comfortable in the house. The house is a bit off the beaten track, but completely sufficient for our purposes and easily accessible by car.
