The independent apartment is located in the area of Srubec-Stará Pohůrka; 5 km from the center of České Budějovice. The apartment is divided into two rooms - a kitchen, where there is a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, and a bedroom, where there is a sofa bed for 2 people and the possibility of an extra bed/crib. The house is situated about 3 km from the city centre. Český Krumlov is the famous historic town,with a UNESCO site. Another near places: Šumava Mountains and Lake Lipno.

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!
