Your booking here helps support our Schiffmühle location, where the boathouse and the grounds along the Alte Oder river are regularly open to social groups at no cost. This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

Belle Étage in the castle – Light, space and design

On the light-flooded Belle Étage, you move with the sun throughout the day: waking up in the bedroom overlooking the castle park, showering in the open-plan designer bathroom, coffee in the large kitchen, eating in the dining room, evenings by the fireplace... Six spacious rooms with high ceilings, large windows and modern castle floorboards await you in 200 square meters. Surrounded by the lakes and forests of the Barnim Nature Park, the Belle Étage is a retreat for those who enjoy peace, nature, architecture and design.

Charmantes Kutscherhaus/Charming romantic Hideaway

Peace, space, inspiration! Perfectly located for creative work and relaxation. Not far from Berlin (1 hour), in the middle of the nature reserve, lies the historic royal Oberförsterei almost in a single location. Surrounded by lakes and canals in untouched nature, which has its own charm in all seasons. The separate, very private, charming coach house of the property can accommodate 4 people. A fireplace also provides cozy warmth, and a large garden with terrace invites you to barbecue + chill.

Perle am Stich (5 minutes to the lake)

A weekend of relaxation or work in the countryside - you will find both here. Bungalow with covered terrace, meadow and private access in a quiet settlement directly on the edge of the forest, 5 minutes' walk to the swimming lake (Stiche)/forest pool, directly behind our house. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car / 10 minutes by bike. Wine bar, beer gardens, restaurants, canoe rental, etc. are available in the area. The train station is a 5-minute walk (RE 12: Berlin Ostkreuz - Zehdenick Neuhof).

A house in the fields

The house stands alone in a sea of fields, swept by the wind, in a large perennial garden. With many fellow artists and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 90s was rebuilt and renovated, and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created – and is still being created – which can accommodate 10 people in the guest area and 8 people in the mainly privately used studio area.

Experience a special getaway on our stylishly converted houseboat “MS Sunday,” a historic ferry boat (1925) that has been converted into a high-quality accommodation for up to 4 people. Located on Rummelsburger Bucht, you can enjoy the perfect combination of nature, water and proximity to Berlin city. Whether it's a romantic weekend, a short vacation or time with friends, you will experience Berlin from a very special perspective.

Steamer/ MS Templin/Houseboat

The MS Templin, a 100-year-old historic motor ship. The MS Templin was built in 1925 by the Ertel shipyard in Woltersdorf. It is a so-called single-decker ship, 19.90 meters long, 3.38 meters wide. The MS Templin for overnight stays for 2 people. There is a cozy bed and 2 sofa beds. 2 outdoor areas, a fireplace, a reading corner, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen with toaster, kettle, stove and a small refrigerator. Pure nature (ducks, spiders, fish, mosquitoes).

Seehaus Rödd

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

Uckermark lake house

Stylishly renovated farmhouse with lake view in the Uckermark. Large, fenced property with a terrace, 2 fire pits, a grill and direct lake access with a jetty – ideal for a vacation with a dog or for fishing. The Beuteler bathing meadow is about 1 km away, and fields, meadows and a riding stable invite you to hike, ride, swim and cycle. Perfect for relaxing in idyllic nature! NOTE 08/26: The dock needs repair work. We strive to take care of them as quickly as possible.

Uckermark idyll complete

Renovated farmhouse with huge garden, fire pit and lake view in the middle of the Uckermark. The house consists of two complete apartments, each with a kitchen and bathroom, as well as two bedrooms and two living rooms with sofa beds, whereby one living room is completely lockable, with its own access to the bathroom, so that this can also be used as a pure bedroom. By opening the connecting doors you get a spacious house for up to 8 people.

Enjoy a quiet, relaxing break on your own lake property. You will stay in a beautiful vacation home with lake view and direct access to Lake Lübbesee, including a private jetty. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. You have the choice between three terraces to enjoy the lake in the best possible way and a kayak to make excursions. Have fun in your lake house!
