On the 50 m² roof terrace there is a large lounge with a canopy and privacy screen. Furthermore, a spacious seating set. The houseboat was watered in 2024. Welcome to our granny apartment in the beautiful Ruwertal. Here you can expect an 85 sqm open-plan apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower and separate bedroom. In the large living/dining and kitchen area there is also a sofa bed. For families with small children we can provide a travel bed/highchair/toys. A bus stop 50 meters away takes you to Trier in half an hour.
