The house is located over 100' from the road, but is within view when you drive by. Parking is hidden from the street. You will be 2 blocks from the Courthouse Square where you will find lots of shopping and restaurants, and is home to the Magnolia Blossom Festival held the 3rd weekend in May. You will also be less than 2 miles from the Southern Arkansas University campus. I live in the neighborhood, and can usually be reached quickly if needed.

Fantastic stay in the woods! I do recommend bringing bottled water, as the well water has a distinct smell and taste. We loved the fully stocked kitchen.

Awesome location, very quiet , clean and peaceful. The house had more than enough space/rooms available to sleep. There was also a patio with seating. It was really nice getaway from the city. We will definitely return.

Enjoyed our stay. Turned out a perfect place to gathered with our local family and friend vs a motel room. Will definitely stay again. Loved the secluded quiet country atmosphere. Sounds of crickets n' frogs at night, birds in the daytime. Being disabled, the home still was very easy for me to get around with plenty of room. Hope she would be as honored to have us back, as we would love to return.

We visit yearly so finding this home was a gem, compared to the hotel stays. The house is exactly how it's listed. The place melled amazing and was squeaky clean when we walked in. The host was very responsive and clear on expectations. We didn't stay at home much during our stay so it didn't bother us, but it would be nice to have tv's in the bedrooms (or at least the master room). Loved the big fenced in backyard. There were plenty of dishes and a few basic household things provided. But again, this was perfect for what we were needing & had no major complaints. Quiet neighborhood too.
