Wo heute kaum ein Neubau mehr denkbar wäre, wurde dieses Gebäude vor fast 200 Jahren ursprünglich als Appretur (Textilveredelung) erbaut. Das Apartment liegt im Untergeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses. Es hat 1 Schlafzimmer (und ein Zusatzzimmer ab 3 Gästen) eine gut ausgestattete Küche, einen Esstisch mit Ausblick und ein bequemes Sofa, das sich zum Doppelbett umfunktionieren lässt. Es hat eine Terassentür in den Garten. Um das kleine Badezimmer zu erreichen muss unser Kellergang gekreuzt werden (2 Meter). Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Duschwand verkalkt, wir reinigen es aber immer sehr gründlich.

We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Less than 100m away from: Train station, bus stop, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (cultural center), Cafeteria Gleis 8, shopping facilities, Cityparking Parkhaus.

The cozily furnished studio (first floor) is located at 800 meters above sea level in a quiet residential area. From the sunny seating area you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Alpstein (Säntis).
