Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolutely secluded location on the edge of the "Höllbachtal" nature reserve, between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. Here you will find peace, beautiful nature, a warm atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. Our two gallery apartments with fireplace and pine beds leave nothing to be desired. In summer you can cool off in the swimming pond. The vacation home is particularly suitable for larger groups or families. For animal-friendly people, the vacation home is the ideal place to spend your vacation with your pets. You share the large property with native plants, birds, deer, rabbits and lizards.

In the absolutely idyllically located Kas Alm am Grandsberg, you can relax in peace with your whole family or friends or celebrate your birthday and other special occasions. PLEASE NOTE: The access to Kas Alm runs via a forest path. With a lowered sports car, the path is not passable. The Kas Alm cannot be reached by car in snow. The Kas Alm can be reached on foot in about a 5-minute walk from the parking lot of the Grandsberger Hof.

Welcome to our spacious villa with garden, barbecue area and pool! This accommodation can accommodate up to 18 people and has 6 bedrooms, 3 living rooms and 3 bathrooms on 240 m². The fully fenced property offers security and privacy. The garden with pool and barbecue area is perfectly equipped for a pleasant time outdoors. There is also free parking with a charging station for an electric car.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.
