Linda's place was warm and comfortable and we felt very at home. Linda and her husband were friendly and welcoming. We slept great - comfy beds and very quiet. Liked the touch of having things like user pays snacks in fridge and milk supplied. The shower was great too Thanks for a lovely stay:)

We had an excellent stay at Martin’s place. Martin was there to greet us when we arrived, easy to chat with and gave us a quick and thorough rundown on the place, then left us to it. A modern, fresh, clean and comfortable space with everything we needed and more. A lovely outlook and very quiet. Easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go and great to be able to park on the property. Would gladly stay again. Thanks Martin!

I had the most beautiful stay with Pauline and Bruce this past week. Their care and attention to detail made me feel so welcome and at ease from the moment I arrived. The space was peaceful, spotless, and had everything I needed — but what truly stood out was the exceptional manaakitanga. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and supported throughout my stay. I can’t recommend their place highly enough — it’s more than just accommodation, it’s an experience of heartfelt hospitality. Ngā mihi nui!

Beautiful, neat & clean Self contained unit. The deck was so beautiful and artistically decorated, & surrounded by trees with a peeping view of water. Host Coro is a lovely lady, very friendly and helpful. Her dog Peppy is so cute and calm & adorable. We really had a wonderful time there on my husband's Birthday. So Glad to have Coro in celebrating the Birthday. We will definitely come & stay here again.

Awesome stay, the house was in a great location, close to town, really nice view from the house. Clean and comfortable. Sam was quick with all communication and was a really nice guy. The price is an absolute steal for this place. would highly recommend.

Great little studio with all the equipment you might need for a short stay. Friendly hosts. Quiet location, a bit far from any stores, but perfect for our stay.

Lisa’s place was absolutely wonderful. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, and everything was fuss-free and easy to use. The kitchen was a real lifesaver, and the private little haven was the perfect spot for my partner to rest and recover after surgery. Being just a stone’s throw from the hospital was a huge plus. Lisa was incredibly responsive and always available whenever we needed help. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you so much for hosting us!

An absolute gem of a place. Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. Bree offered to help us with anything we needed, and was very friendly. There was even a little bag of doggy treats waiting for our wee pup, which was extremely thoughtful. Although it was only a short stay, we were very happy and comfortable. Such great hosts.

A great little unit - very well equipped to handle the Waikato winter, with a very efficient heat pump, electric blankets (thoughtfully turned on for our late arrival) and a great shower. A very enjoyable stay, we hope to visit again sometime

It was a real pleasure staying at the Totara Blue property. A truly beautiful nest — cozy room, tastefully decorated, and spacious, with the added charm of an outdoor fireplace. Maree was incredibly welcoming and attentive; we felt truly pampered and cared for throughout our stay. I would recommend this place without hesitation — it truly made our stay special.

Tersia was a wonderful host, and the abode was a gorgeous home away from home. All the little touches made it such a lovely stay. Great books, divine bathroom, comfy bed, loved the decor, ease of access and how peaceful it was. Will be back to stay again when heading back to Auckland.

Vikki was so accommodating and lovely and friendly. Her place was just fabulous and beautifully presented and so clean. There was offer of the pantry and plentiful tea coffee etc - bed comfy, lovely linen and pillows, great shower - a lovely sunny location so handy to everything and so quiet. The apartment is spacious and bright with large rooms in a safe pleasant ultra quiet neighborhood with a paved walkway along the water's edge less than five minutes walk from the apartment, no need to go on the street to access it. Shops are nearby, motorway super easy to access, close to airport. A tui in a tree near the entry door greeted us on arrival, so lovely to hear. Everything we needed was supplied, no need to ask for anything. Didn't use the washer/dryer, but loved that it is available if we come back for a longer stay sometime. Communication easy and fast. If you go in the winter, we suggest you bring slippers as basement floors are always chilly. Highly recommended.

Melissa and Charlie’s home is beautiful and peaceful. Getting to meet all the animals was so nice! Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

Cute, cosy and quiet. Tucked away from the street. 8 minute drive to Wintec Rotokauri Campus.

Margaret and Graeme were very welcoming and friendly. Their Bnb was spacious and well equipped. We appreciated having a washer and dryer. Their garden was lush and we were able to walk around and look at the plants.

Lisa’s place is immaculate and very spacious, a full size house which we didnt expect. Lisa went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable and included a lot of little nice things you dont normally get. Top marks.

Neville offers a great place for long stay, basically your own little studio apartment. Granted the location is at least 20m out from the shops, but it's situated in a peaceful and scenic area.
