Vacation rentals with lake access in Wädenswil

We had a great time staying at Eckharts place. The place was clean, spacious, and flooded with light, in a very peaceful neighbourhood with all stores in walkable distance. There’s a neighbour’s car that comes greeting in the garden every day, which is great. We had some funny scaredy cat moments as sometimes the ceiling was creaking mysteriously…. And at night the bed made mysterious sounds… but nothing too scary 😁 The host is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for having us!

A wonderful house with veranda and seating, located right on the lakeshore with a swing; all around trees, reeds, birds, view of the water, access to the lake. Everything is available in the kitchen and bathroom. Despite the rainy weather, I found the surroundings and the view of the lake extremely attractive, I felt very comfortable in the house and the surroundings. I'd love to come back!

The house was huge and had everything we needed. A nice touch was the rice cooker which is hard to come by. Will definitely visit again if I’m in the area. This is the most value for money house that we rented in Switzerland. Giuseppe was always responsive and this is important especially if guests are already in the house and needed help.

Even though we arrived later than the originally scheduled check-in time, the host was very worried that we wouldn't be able to find the house and waited for us until check-in. The host is very kind and thoughtful. The condition of the accommodation is impeccable, and the scenery is even more amazing. (Actually, I talked about it just because of the scenery. It looks like a composite even though I'm looking at it with my eyes.) I was really satisfied with the sauna facilities. It can be difficult to find if the surroundings are too dark, so pay attention to the check-in time! If you're late like us, you'll have a hard time. Even though we arrived later than the original check-in time, the host was very worried that we would not be able to find the house and waited for us to check in. We stayed here with a family of 6 and had a great time! We actually are booking it again to return to Germany from Italy. So, would definitely stay again!😊

Well-maintained family home in a prime location by the lake, close to the train station and shopping. You can do so much - sports, hiking, cycling, lake, museums. Very nice landlords who always have time for you.

What can one say about staying in a greenhouse?! Lots, I suppose, but I'd say that we had a lovely evening and morning here. The beds were super comfy and the enclosed part of the "apartment" was climate controlled, airy, open, and spacious. The kitchen is out in the greenhouse and though we did only limited cooking, found that a blast! A brief rain made for a delightful sound from the greenhouse roof. The kids adored having horses (regular size and mini) right outside and the faint tinkling of the nearby cow's bells was charming. Also, nice views! I just want to come back in winter to enjoy the "hotpot" and fire burning stove!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Stephen was very responsive and was quick to help us with a family emergency that we had. The accomodations of the home was exactly as desribed. The washer, dryer and all of the amenities were easy to use. We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was while still being close to restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place. Stephen was an excellent host.

Very nice bright apartment. The plus, in the heat there were outdoor blinds and so the apartment was wonderfully cool. The only downside in the late afternoon hours, heavy traffic but after 6:00 pm very quiet. I'd love to come back.

We arrived in a tasteful and fully equipped, well-kept apartment that left nothing to be desired. With a super-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. We lacked nothing. Dieter is a friendly host and always available. We felt very comfortable during our stay. If we were to vacation in the region again, we would be happy to come back.

Pete & Tessa’s place was amazing for our 3 night stay in Lucern! It was really easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go, the place had a lovely view and it was very very confortable! Very spacious and a lot of amenities to enjoy a super pleasant stay We will for sure come back! Thank you for having us

Jos’s place exceeded our expectations and our expectations were high given the photos. Located on the Panorama Express train line, we were able to travel to Interlaken, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Basel, Bern and Lucerne during our one week stay. The thing is, Bürglen and Lungren Lake were idyllic surroundings that harkened us away from the more touristy and populated areas. I am already trying to figure out a way to get back to this home away from home next year! I recommend this space without any reservation! The shower, laundry, and bed are all comfortable, and the view is outstanding. If that is not enough, the daily aroma of freshly cut grass should convince you to book!

Highly recommended. Beautiful view of the lake and mountain panorama. Great central starting point for all kinds of activities in Switzerland. Very friendly and easily accessible host who responded quickly with solutions. Very nice and clean place to stay. We will be happy to come back.

Fantastic location that boasts great views. Reto and Michaela were exceptional at communication. Michaela gave us a warm welcome and a tour of the house while mentioning to us some of its features like how to operate the washing machine. The kayak experience (which was complimentary from our stay) guided by Reto was lovely and we enjoyed it very much. Home was lovely and clean and contained all the amenities required. Highly recommend 😀

Thomas was a very engaging, helpful and polite host. The apartment was in a beautiful location and it was thoughtfully equipped and very clean and comfortable. The bed and settee were very very comfortable. Despite there being a clock tower close by with loud chimes, the property (particularly the bedroom) was well soundproofed. There was a very pleasant outdoor sitting space, and the views are stunning. We walked to the lake and enjoyed a swim. I would nit hesitate in recommending this apartment.
