Apartment close to nature in a quiet location. Ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Upscale standard with modern vintage atmosphere. The apartment was newly furnished and built in September 2021. Everywhere, attention has been paid to good quality and loving details. Nuremberg, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Bamberg, Würzburg, the Steigerwald, Franconian Switzerland,... are within easy reach. We look forward to seeing nice guests who love nature and want to feel comfortable and relax with us.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sowie diverse Gaststätten (fränkische, italienische und griechische Küche) sind fußläufig erreichbar.

The Karpfenland has a lot to offer: a great cycling network right outside the front door, many excursion possibilities, sights and shopping opportunities in the surrounding cities. Hiking trips to Franconian Switzerland are also popular. The metropolises of Erlangen, Bamberg and Nuremberg can be reached in 20-30 minutes. In our pretty garden house with private access and terrace, you can make yourself comfortable.

Walk in about 40 minutes over the mountain . City bus runs every 30 minutes The bright and friendly apartment offers all to feel comfortable. In the summer months you will also find a sunny or shaded place in the garden around the house. Due to the spatial conditions, it was not possible to incorporate a shower.

Newly renovated, the view through the door and windows shows a new and modern charm to feel good. The outdoor area will still be tackled in 2025. However, you can already use almost 1000 square meters of fenced area here.
