We had a great time. The place is very clean and well-maintained, with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The view from the cottage is beautiful and the location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area. Odile was welcoming and available to answer our questions. Delphine is a lovely and very warm hostess. The cottage was very welcoming, nicely decorated with all the basic products available. The environment is beautiful. I really recommend it.

We really liked the accommodation as well as the city of Métabief! It is ideally located in relation to the activities around it. The accommodation is very pleasant especially after a day of hiking in the mountains.

The house is beautiful and clean is very good enough for 5 adults or two couples and three children of the third bed in the hall is comfortable, and a sofa of course, two bedrooms, one mammam, one open kitchen, and a full breadwinner equipped with pots in which the right of a person and in which 6 people are sufficient. The vacation at Christine's was very special. In the morning on the terrace you could watch the kingfishers "fishing," a real treat for bird lovers. Christine's beautiful garden with plenty of seating and lots of art and small rarities - a feast for the eyes. Christine and her partner are very warm and attentive hosts. We had a really good time. Best place to stay in Thun in terms of location, the home itself and the attention to detail by the host 1. Location: 5 min walk to old town. 12 min walk or 5 min by local bus which is a stones throw away. 2. The home: Outstanding modern apartment. It has 30 feet high windows overlooking the Bernese mountains. Being a duplex, the home has lots of space and privacy. The outdoor jacuzzi is huge. While we didn’t use it, there is a projector and a Sonos sound system 3. Attention to detail: when your host has shoe horns kept at the entrance of the home, need I say more. 4. Early Check in - we could get an early check in as well.

We were looking for something quiet and also found it in this nice apartment. It is homely and you can enjoy a great view towards Engstligenalp and Lohner. The walking distance to the village is absolutely doable. We felt right at home. In summer, the terrace with the pool is certainly a hit.

This was an absolutely beautiful stay in a peaceful farming village. Anja and family are so sweet and wonderful and we felt right at home. The home is absolutely stunning and we had the most restful sleeps here on our honeymoon! The view of the cows from the kitchen are unbearable and the quick walk to the train gave us access to everything we wanted to see in Switzerland. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

We were warmly welcomed on the day of arrival, provided with all the important information, recommendations for hikes and activities were included. We could use the beautiful garden at any time and our dog also enjoyed it very much because he was allowed to run free here. Every encounter with Sophie and Olivier was warm and appreciative. We felt completely comfortable.

The apartment was very clean, everything looked exactly like in the photos. Check-in was straightforward with a key box and we were also able to get in earlier than indicated. Patrick even filled the fridge with butter, yogurt, jam, milk and orange juice! Coffee capsules were also available. The bed was very good, we slept great. During our stay, there was a heat wave of over 30 degrees, but the house was pleasantly cool. From the house you can walk directly and take walks and also longer hikes. Great for those who like to be in nature. Patrick has also documented various hikes, excursion destinations, restaurants, shopping and all important phone numbers in a folder! Great! Although remote, there is some traffic with tractors from the surrounding farms. But maybe that was just because everyone was mowing and bringing in hay. All in all, a top address!
