Vacation rentals with a patio in Vrilissia

Evangelia is a great host, welcoming, responsive and accommodating. We were able to leave our suitcase earlier than expected to walk around the city while waiting for the accommodation to be cleaned. The instructions left were clear, and the accommodation was spotless and very functional. We loved the location, close to a very friendly square and all the shops (small markets, restaurants, bars, etc.) We highly recommend Evangelia and thank her for everything! We had a great time in this apartment! Beautifully designed space with an amazing view of Athens. Hot tub was very clean and easy to use! Kitchen and bathroom were supplied with everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day. Hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with - loved this place! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

We stayed for a few days in this lovely apartment! Hosts were absolutely lovely and easy to communicate with. 🙂Apartment was spacious with everything you could need. Big parking space available, and lovely garden (if it wasn’t so warm we would have sat outside!). The bed was amazing! 🤩

We had a wonderful time in Athens at Matias place. The apartment is small yet has everything you need for a few days in Athens. The terrace is stunning and we especially liked the neighborhood, which is not frequented by many tourists and allowed us to dive in with the locals. Public transport is however close and takes you super fast to the city center. The host welcomed us personally (which we loved a lot, since we are used to anonymous check ins already) and left us with many great recommendations. And if you are worried you might fall out of the loft bed, don’t be! We slept super well 😍

We had a wonderful stay in this brand-new, beautifully furnished apartment between Voula and Glyfada (both 20 min walk). It’s stylish, modern, and spotlessly clean – the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in! We came as a family with two small children and felt very safe and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and even provided a baby bed and high chair. Although it's a semi-basement, it’s not very low and the large windows let in lots of natural light. A big plus is the private garden, which is only accessible from the apartment – great for relaxing or letting the kids play. There’s always free parking right in front of the door and a large supermarket just down the street. We truly felt at home and would love to come back!

We used Konstantinos’ place for the final preparations before our wedding and for our first night as a married couple – and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean, just as described, and beautifully decorated. It offered the calm, stylish atmosphere we needed during such a special time. Konstantinos was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. The space felt welcoming and thoughtfully designed – I was genuinely excited the moment I walked in. We’re so glad we chose this place to be part of such meaningful memories, and we’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-managed stay.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Very clean accommodation both inside the apartment and outside the surrounding area. Very beautiful garden, very well maintained. Friendly and direct host, he was there for everything we needed with a good mood. Everyone who offered services at the accommodation was helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for any activity, easy access everywhere, in the center of Athens, to museums, cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants. I highly recommend Marios' accommodation. I'd prefer it again.

Great host excellent communication very clean apartment. Just next door to lovely coffee shop and close to great restaurants.

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Communication was good (check-in was prompt, though needing to meet could complicate at times) - our case was fine! House was clean, spot on description-wise and offered all necessary amenities! Location is good - nothing special (that’s sth you already know when booking). The only small caveat might be a little bit of a smell (from not seeing much sun).

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

I can’t say enough about this spectacular apartment, its view, and location! Absolutely breathtaking! It’s right in the heart of everything you’d want to see about Ancient Greece in Athens! Short walking distance to the Acropolis and so much more. I would easily stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

I can't imagine a better place to stay than this apartment in Athens! We will definitely stay again when we are in Athens. It beautifully designed, has all the amenities you need and then some and has the most beautiful balcony with a view of the Acropolis. Plus the host is so kind, helpful and responsive!! We are a family of 4 and it was perfect.

apartment was clean and well maintained. Yannis went out of his way to set us up with transportation from the airport to his apartment. and then again from the apartment to the port for our cruise. Very helpful. would definitely stay here again. lots of stuff to see locally.

Fantastic apartment highly recommended

Apartment fully equipped in quiet district next to beautiful park. There are shops within walking distance for basic shopping and the National Defense metro station is within 15 minutes walking distance. Three people are comfortably accommodated. The host very kind and helpful.

An amazing stay! The host made us feel so welcomed and so at home. The sweetest people ever. The place was beautiful and had modern and up to date technology. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. It was only a 10 minute walk to the metro and the host offered to drive us to the metro for free. If we return to Athens, we will definitely be staying here again! 10/10 experience.

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.
