My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

We were there over Easter with 5 people and the place was perfect. There was really everything you needed, the kitchen was very well equipped + barbecue. You feel very comfortable and can really switch off, comfortable sofa and beautiful view of the lake. The size of the place is great if you want to leave with the family for a few days. And there were 2 bathrooms which was very convenient.

A modern kitchen features wooden cabinets and a white sink. A retro-style refrigerator stands prominently. Open shelving displays dishware, while warm lighting from pendant bulbs adds ambiance. The space is complemented by a natural stone wall and a brick floor.
