This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

About 5 minutes walk from the old town center and the foothills of the Vienna Woods and about 15 minutes from the train station. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

With the Bus 58B takes you directly to Schönbrunn Palace, Hietzinger Tor entrance, Palmenhaus, Rosengarten and Tiergarten Schönbrunn and U4 Hitzig in 14 minutes. From the rapid transit train station Atzgersdorf, take the S-Bahn to Belvedere/Quartier Belvedere and to the main train station - continue with U1 to Stephansplatz.

The train station is also within walking distance and offers a quick and comfortable connection to Vienna.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, living room (couch can be used as a double bed), room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. Supermarkets, pharmacy, drugstore market, gas station doctor etc. in the immediate vicinity. The train station can be reached in a 2-minute walk and offers a very good transport connection to Vienna and to Baden. Mödling city centre is about 700 meters away.
