The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Welcome to our new home located at "Clos Mylodro", 3 min from the private hospital De Varye (10 min by foot) and 10 min by car from Gare de Bourges. I'm happy to start hosting again! Here is our charming and comfortable apartment, independent of our private house, that can accommodate four people (+ a baby), with covered terrace, garden furniture and private parking (large utility ok). The pool, the playground are to be shared with my family.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with a large 1000 m2 garden that is wooded and fully fenced, also for our 4-legged friends. A large living room where you can relax around the fireplace, large sofa with large TV, fiber internet access. The 3 bedrooms are spacious with new 160 cm bedding. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Reversible air conditioning gives you the assurance of pleasant comfort in all seasons.

Studio in a private house.

The studio is located on the floor of our house, with independent entrance (new outdoor staircase with anti-slip steps). Guests can park your car in the courtyard or parking lot nearby if there is no more space in the courtyard. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 de Bourges motorway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station. Secure parking on request. 10 min from Bourges by car and 5 min walk: - Plaimpiied Abbey - the greenway that joins Bourges, along the Berry Canal. Nice walk for everyone, including our four-legged friends - a children's playground, in a nice park - a supermarket, bakery, butcher and nice restaurant. Baby equipment. Workspace/high-speed Wi-Fi.

Former caretaker's house

Pleasant house arranged in an outbuilding of our main residence. Less than 10 minutes from Bourges, the accommodation consists of a large living room and 2 bedrooms with shower room, recently renovated. The place doesn't have a TV or wifi. Access to the courtyard is only allowed to access the accommodation (unsecured water basin and well). Feel free to write to us to arrange schedules or dates!
