We offer everything. The proximity to nature, to the mountains and lakes as well as the proximity to Salzburg's old town. The small stream that flows right in front of the bungalow as well as the private swimming pond in the garden make this accommodation unique. We had a very nice stay at Ivar's place! The location was great. - Very quiet and very private. Since we were traveling with our little son, Ivar had added an extra bed. There was even something to play with and a high chair with extra dishes for him 😊 Ivar also put a small table on the terrace for us. The kitchen was super equipped ! From dishwasher to toaster, everything is there. Coffee for 2-3 days was also available! We would definitely go to Ivar's place again and again to vacation there. - Thank you Ivar for your hospitality.

Excellent location immediately close to the OBB train station. Remarkable and modern interior. Excellent bedding. Perfect hospitality from the hotel staff. Sufficient parking space and garage. Very good restaurant with delicious dishes. We would highly recommend it.

Arnestgut's flat was brand new, it boasts a beautiful Chalet design with a modern look, one of the most architecturally beautiful Airbnbs we've been to. The place had a beautiful view of the Wolfgangsee Lake, and is in a quiet and peaceful location. The place was spotless and had anything you needed. But, more importantly the hosts were super friendly and flexible, making us feel comfortable and right at home.

The apartment is very clean and beautifully furnished and decorated with taste. The hosts have very nice taste. Our host always replies promptly and is attentive to making sure we have a pleasant stay. When we had a slight concern upon check-in and contacted her, she resolved it within minutes. We requested a crib and she was very attentive, even adding a cute doll for us. I would stay there again.

Our stay at the farm was glorious! Marion went out of her way to greet us and show us around the perfectly-stocked apartment. She even had a gift for our family—elderflower syrup. Everything in the apartment was so clean and beautifully furnished. The location was super convenient. It was secluded and peaceful and quiet and then just a short drive to everything you need like groceries, gas or something to eat! It’s a perfect spot for kids—the farm animals, the playground and the freedom for them! Marion thought through every detail to make the apartment comfortable…night lights and blackout curtains and a toaster and milk frother and very soft towels and bedding! Access to a washing machine was so helpful, too. We HIGHLY recommend a stay here! You will be warmly greeted and treated. Thank you Marion and Franz for the incredible and relaxing stay on your farm!

This accommodation is ideal for a couple's vacation. Everything is very modern, very good amenities and a small balcony completes the ambience. The landlords were available at any time, emails were answered in the shortest possible time. The area around the Mondsee invites you to many activities - boating, hiking. The swimming lake and Linz and Salzburg are easily and quickly accessible for a city trip.
