The apartment is bright and modern and located on the first floor of a building with only three apartments in total. It is fully furnished with new furniture and comfortable beds. The apartment includes a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom and is suitable for both short and longer stays. The building is quiet and also home to long-term residents, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate, especially during the evening and night hours. For bookings of 2 guests, one bedroom is opened by default. You will still have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden. If you would like to use both bedrooms when staying as 2 guests (e.g. father/daughter, friends, or colleagues), this can be arranged for a small additional fee.

Entire home. This stylish accommodation is perfect for a family of 2 adults and 1-4 children who want a quiet but luxurious home for the holidays etc. 3 double beds in 3 rooms. Air conditioning in the kitchen. There is TV in all 3 rooms + the living room. 5 min to shopping walking. 5 min to the beach by car. 5 min to the city center and restaurants by car. 25 minutes from Nordborg Resort. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There is a lovely garden with plenty of opportunity for play. There is a trampoline, playhouse, mud kitchen and sandbox for children. The horses walk in the field right up the garden. There are lots of games and things for creative play indoors. A real family oasis. Small allergy-friendly dogs are allowed. There are several lovely beaches, good restaurants, and an active city life. The beach Kerneland is about 15 km from the house.

Our house, dating back to 1925, is located in Sundsmark, 2 km from the center of Sønderborg. The apartment 57 m2, is located on the 2nd floor. • TV (Chromecast) • Kitchenette, Fridge • WIFI • 11kW charger (electric car). • Upper portion of the staircase from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor is steeper than the lower portion. We live on the ground floor and 1st floor. The front door is equipped with an electronic lock with a code. Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment.
