The accommodation is located at about 1,250 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access path. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. To the valley and to the nearest supermarket it is about 12 minutes, there is a bakery near the lifts. Private lake access and private bathing bay are in the immediate vicinity. The path is located on an apple orchard and flower meadows, the lake is in about 200 meters in walking distance. The modern wooden bungalows are located directly on the Drauradweg, a highlight for cycling enthusiasts.

In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the rooftops, the main square and into the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.

Our lovingly renovated house is close to the beautiful Hochosterwitz Castle. The outdoor area is currently being completed. Around our quiet village of St. Sebastian (Carinthia), many routes and paths invite you to hike to the neighboring Magdalensberg or Christofberg. Hochosterwitz Castle is easily accessible on foot or by bike. By car, you can reach the district capital St. Veit an der Glan in just 10 minutes or the state capital Klagenfurt in 20 minutes.

Apartment with two bedrooms, kitchen-living room and balcony. Includes electricity, use of bicycles, Wi-Fi. The house is about a 15-minute walk (paved, mostly car-free) from Lake Klopein. Or 5 min. by bike. Lake Klopeinersee is the warmest swimming lake in Europe, it gets warm up to 30 degrees, and is also one of the cleanest, it has drinking water quality. We like to have it nice and enjoy our home. The pool of the huge garden in the middle of nature is a place where we like to come home ourselves. Since last year, we have also opened the doors of our special retreat to guests. The apartment has a separate entrance and is very spacious😀.
