Due to its location, it is a great starting point for planning trips to the beautiful southwestern corner of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands near Telč.

The house is in a village near Jindřichův Hradec. Our family lives on the ground floor. You can relax, whether you're just passing through or want to stay for a few days.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

A new and equipped cottage with a covered porch in a quiet location on the edge of the Ratmírov Pond. There's a smaller annex from the back of the cottage where you can store your bikes. In the woods, read a book you don't have time for a while, sip coffee on the porch without having to watch a watch, and unwind your regular yoga class to make changes to the pond's banks. Or swap the cottage with your home office and get into the things you can't focus on in the city.

Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.

Place in the middle of Czech Republic

We offer apartment with two rooms, toilet and litl entrance hall. There are two double beds. Kitchen is fully equipped. We can offer parking place, garage for the bicycles and fireplace. The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.
