Our house is located in the rear valley area, off the main road, in a very quiet location. Large garden and terrace with garden furniture. Satellite TV in the living room, TV with DVD player in the bedroom. Microwave and dishwasher available. Daily bread service is offered. Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, bus stop (bus free with guest card!!!) close by! Large storage room for bicycles, skis,...... waste separation. We like to speak German, English and Spanish.

Staying at Maria’s place was just amazing. The location is stunning. Away from the main tourist areas, you have views from your own balcony… and they are stunning. Maria and her husband were wonderful and friendly. They helped with great local advice, restaurant recommendations and bookings and tourist info. The apartment was perfect. First class amenities. We loved it and would happily return. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time in the Stubai Valley with Marion and Günter. The apartment is one of the best we've ever had on AirBnB. Spotless, perfectly equipped, love in every detail. We were so excited that we immediately looked at when we could come back. We were on vacation with children and grandparents, the apartment is perfect for this. In the front part, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. So you can also retreat from the hustle and bustle in the rest of the apartment. There are two more bedrooms, a large bathroom, a very well-equipped kitchen with seating area for up to 8 people. There is also a huge terrace where you can also sit at a large table to eat. Everything really perfect all around! We will be back!

For a ski group of 12 people, this holiday home is simply recommended. Plenty of parking space for up to 5 cars is available and the kitchen/dining room is large enough that everyone can eat together. The equipment in the kitchen is also very good and should something be missing, the owners Mario and Lisi have always tried to help us there super quickly. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom, where there is nothing to complain about. The ski cellar with ski boot dryer is also a dream. The ski bus can be reached in about 6 minutes in full ski contour. Overall, the cottage is beautifully decorated, well appointed and thought out. The owners are very easy to contact and try to help with any questions or problems. We definitely had a great time and would love to come again! Thank you to Mario and Lisi for their efforts

Sylvia is very hospitable and friendly. She offer a room in their house, we enjoyed the fish aquarium and chicken behind the house. And the cats. Kids says it was best accomodation ever and I admire Sylvia, she is a very generous host.
