We spent the last few days in your beautiful house. We felt right at home. Upon arrival, we were surprised with many small attentions. The furnishings are really nice, everything is available and of very high quality. We were able to sit outside, barbecue and enjoy the weather. Our dog Xena was also thought of. Check in and check out were super easy. Everything was clean and tidy. Lots of fresh towels and even bathrobes were provided. For questions, the two were immediately available. We will be happy to come back.

Excellent stay!! The location is absolutely beautiful. And the place is well stocked with all of the essentials, I would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at the gîte. Our party included two couples, a baby and a nearly two-year-old, and every one of us really enjoyed our time there. The communication with our host was excellent, and the gîte itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We appreciated the view from the bedrooms. Staying in the midst of a working farm was such fun, as we were surrounded by cows and the beauty of the countryside. The location is superb, nestled in a charming area close to scenic hiking trails and cities like Aachen. Additionally, a bakery, a pizza take-away, and a supermarket are conveniently just a five-minute drive away. Overall, this experience was really great, and we would not hesitate to recommend the gîte to anyone!

We had a lovely stay. It's a beautiful cottage near the woods. Within a few minutes, you were in the middle of nature. Delicious! Also a great base to visit Bastogne or caves. The days we were there it was quite chilly and bleak but that didn't bother you in the house. Well insulated and nice and warm. All in all recommended.

A wonderfully quiet place, where there is plenty of space for you and who you are there. Extremely nice host, tells a lot about the house and if you want to do about the area also what to do. Together with my husband we spent 2 nights here. Definitely a place to remember.

Nice, good and clean house. Beautiful location within walking distance of the nice village of Vijlen. Bert gave us a warm welcome with a delicious white wine. Recommended!

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay here in this unique old house. Location was perfect and we walked everywhere in Monschau during our stay, and left the car parked in the private garage provided. The house is also fully equipped with everything you need. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Monschau.

Nice location and well located if you want to visit different places in Limburg. Wendy is a very friendly and responsive host. You will receive a quick answer to all questions. The apartment is tastefully decorated, kitchen and bathroom contain everything you need. The beautiful garden is also a plus. In warm weather, there is always a place in the shade, and you have the company of the nice dog Mila and the deer in the backyard.

functional clean accommodation (except the TV but on vacation it doesn't matter!) nothing was missing. Kristin helped us find a restaurant for the evening and gave us access to her closed garage with electricity for our bikes. Very pleasant garden and panorama. I recommend it.

We had a lovely midweek in the apartment together with our dog, who was also very welcome. The apartment is very large and complete, making you feel right at home. We were warmly welcomed by Inge. The balcony offers fantastic views. The neighborhood is very quiet and for the dog it was very pleasant, because if you went out the door you walked directly into the woods. Highly recommend.

There are several folders with suggestions for activities in the accommodation. In addition, Gaby provided more information and made additional suggestions. We particularly liked that you can hike directly from the property (e.g. Struffeltrunde). Within walking distance of a supermarket and a few restaurants. Great garden.

We made a two-day stopover at Jörn's on the way home. The apartment is very well equipped, has a hotel character (coffee bar, bathrobes, shower gel). The location is quiet, we slept well. The "breakfast bar" mentioned in other reviews was enough for us, but we also had great weather, so we sat outside in the evening. The hot tub was especially cool. Jörn was a great, always available host. All in all a great location for a short vacation.

Our host Jaak was super friendly, was always available and even brought us a wheelbarrow so we could get all our stuff from the car to the accommodation faster:) Simply pleasant and relaxed. That's how it should be! :)

We were for a weekend there and everything was perfect. We were in love with this place. I hope that one day i will come back, maybe in winter 🫠 I was looking so long for a place like that and finally i found one. I already recommend to my friends to come too!

My husband and I spent an extended weekend at Sanne's. We wanted to treat ourselves to a little break from our three children and were not disappointed. We had wonderful, relaxing days and enjoyed the tranquility there very much. In the evening, we rode our bikes into town and had a nice meal. The accommodation is very lovingly designed and furnished with attention to detail. You have everything you need for a perfect stay. We will be happy to come back!

The cabin in the woods is really something for nature lovers. We had very sunny warm weather and spent most of the time outside on the partly shady terrace on the couch or the hammock. If you look up into the pines, you can see woodpeckers tapping the branch and squirrels jumping around in the branches. The path to the swimming lake is a stone's throw away and it is not crowded even on very hot days, as only the park guests are allowed to swim in the lake. We will definitely return in any case. 😃

We rented Liesbeth's house with the idea of making it our "base camp" for 2-3 days of cycling in eastern Belgium. And in fact, we could not have chosen better: the house, the result of a very successful renovation, is extremely pleasant. It has a modern and a little Scandinavian atmosphere. It is bright, very well-equipped and, for four, perfectly comfortable (two double bedrooms, each with their sink and shower). It has a splendid view, and the outdoor spaces are very nice. Finally, you can store your bikes inside a small enclosed courtyard. Perfect! Beyond that, the house has a privileged location for hiking or - like us - bike outings. First, the Vennbahn is literally two pedal strokes away; but there are infinitely more possibilities, towards the Hautes-Fagnes, towards Lake Butgenbach and the Eiffel or towards Malmédy or towards Amblève. A dream.
