Vacation rentals with breakfast in Vltava

Friendly host, and the house is close to supermarkets. Only things to note are that the hot water tank is small if multiple people want to shower!

We booked the entire place with 4 bedrooms and got more than expected. Each double bed had a bathroom, which was not so clearly visible in the photos. One of the 4 rooms is separate and has its own entrance. Since there were no courses in the yoga room, we could use everything completely for ourselves. The view from the many windows is magnificent and the huge kitchen table is great for dining in large groups and for board and card games. In the lovingly landscaped garden, we grilled on the in-house grill and were able to enjoy the beautiful weather. The beds were quite hard, but you slept amazingly well on them. Since the curtains are quite thin, the sun woke us up in the morning, whether we wanted to or not - perfect for early risers! There are no windows in the bathrooms and kitchen, but there are daylight lamps that do a really good job and are environmentally friendly. A real value for money wonder to enjoy!

One of the coziest homes I've ever visited (and I've been to many). What sets it apart is that, upon entering, you feel as if you're living through the life of its owner alongside her — she clearly lives here with her children, and you could easily spend an entire day just admiring her paintings, books, and her children's crafts. After six hours there, I felt as if I'd known her for ages, and it was clear she’s a wonderful woman, awesome mother and a good person (and obviously cooks a lot)). The tuned guitar was a delightful touch. In short, this house has the soul of its owner, and I can say for sure that she is lovely. Separately, I would like to say that the design was clearly created by a person with taste, and looks much better in life - moreover, the light in the house is perfectly matched, which is rare in Airbnb offerings. So in the evening you can create the perfect atmosphere, which, together with the fireplace, will make you want to come back here again and again.

It’s mostly the people who make places beautiful and give meaning to the moment. The host, Sabine, is a relaxed, trustworthy, and calm person whose aura spreads only positive energy. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night, but we truly enjoyed it. The house is located on a small elevation, surrounded by forest, and offers pure nature. The location is idyllic and calming. The sanitary facilities were excellent – clean and comfortable. The large kitchen provides good cooking possibilities. The bedroom we stayed in was quite large, with windows on both sides. There was a wood stove in the room, which can probably be used in winter. A supermarket was only a five-minute drive away. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves nature and peace – and I would happily return.

Beautiful clean rooms, a check every day to make sure everything was still enough in the room. We were allowed to use the shared fridge. Breakfast was great, everything amply provided and delicious fresh coffee. 900 meters from the Bikepark and via the secret trails we arrived at the property from the elevator 🤙

We were with a group on site and were very satisfied. The hostess is very friendly. The location is very good. The breakfast buffet with fresh organic eggs and delicious sausage was more than sufficient. Thank you for the nice time

We spent an extended weekend at Edward's place and loved it! The place is very stylishly furnished, everything fits perfectly together. The vacation home lacks nothing. (From washer + dryer to guest slippers, everything is available) The spa is great for relaxation. We immediately felt at home. Eduard is a great host, he is very friendly and was always available for any questions. A nearby restaurant is a three-minute walk from the house. Thank you for everything and we hope to come back someday!

Slowing down can be so beautiful! A wonderful break from the normal madness at home😀. The farm is located in the middle of the "center" of Aigen, but a is simple: nothing. No car noise, no hustle and bustle, no sense of time. Wonderful! The apartment and the whole farm are very lovingly refreshed with lots of little details without being obsequious. Conny and Matthias are super relaxed and have tips for excursions, hiking, biking, restaurants and wine taverns. I loved the extra selection of pillows and the comfort and serenity that the farm exudes. In any case, both thumbs up and a clear recommendation!

Our stay at Jitka's place was super nice. Directly from the property is a metro station with which you can be in the center of Prague in 5-10 minutes. There is a supermarket just around the corner. The accommodation has everything you need, it was neat, modern and quite clean. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Prague for a short trip.

Great place , close to city centre and 6 minutes walk from a main bus / train station , nice big queen size comfortable bed , clean and tidy , some dust but nothing dirty, some bits a bit worn and could do with replacing but main things I needed worked fine and were clean. For the price it was brilliant, decent size TV with lots of working tv apps like YouTube and Netflix. Nice a specious rooms, big enough shower cubicle, I stayed there on cold week in Prague and the place was so nice a warm and cosy when I was inside . She answered my watsapp video call to help me in because I was being stupid and could not open the door because I was not pushing it the right was lol, she spoke English really well and was so friendly and happy to help

We visited our daughter during her studies in Prague and had 4 great days in a beautiful city. We liked to come back to the apartment every day/evening and spent the nights watching the series Bridgerton, which was great to watch on Netflix, to "beat" the ears. The refrigerator was filled with everything you could have needed for a balcony breakfast - thank you very much for that, even if we did not use it. From the apartment, you can actually get to the Vltava in no time and the tram ride, across the city, reminded us of the past and gave us great pleasure. Thank you! I would like to book the apartment again from 6/14-16 - unfortunately it is already booked.

Incredibly conveniently located. Thr stop for trams to go to main attractions are within 5-min walking distance. The place has several great restaurants and venues including Cafe Savoy and Jazz Dock nearby. Jitka’s instructions are always detailed.

The accommodation and tram stop are close, and there are small grocery stores and pharmacies nearby. Check-in is convenient. The room is bright

I recently spent a few days at Lucie's place. Felt very comfortable in a lovely and quiet room. Located in a peaceful neighborhood it is close to public transportation, so it is easy to get around Prague. Lucie was very responsive that make my comfortable.

Very comfy and clean place, all you need; friendly hosts and a cozy place to sleep. The description exactly fits how it was in reality. It is a bit on a hill which gives a beautiful sight over Beroun. Breakfast was really tasty with self-made scrambled eggs. Would come again!

Trip to Prague and staying in the Oli’s place was the most unique experience for me. He likes to spend time with the guests and really puts his whole heart into it. Olaf wants to make each guest’s stay in Prague filled with unusual stories, showing them hidden gems, etc. He recommended going to the Prague Castle at night when there are no people. It was so beautiful and calm without tourists. The free visit to Loretta and to the contemporary art museum with unique exhibitions combining folk tradition pieces with modern art was also recommended. Olaf’s place is also very unique with a lot of good-looking art pieces and functional furniture. Recommend

Great location to visit the city of Český Krumlov, very quiet yet centrally located, integrated private parking. Only a 10-minute walk into town/to the castle. We were able to let our dog run freely in the courtyard, a hot tub would have been available to us. And breakfast if needed. It could have been a little warmer in the room, the heating had been turned on in advance and made an effort, but the room was a little big.

Great location. Just North of castle and tourist sights; very short walk but nice and quiet…Perfect!! Host representative was there when we arrived early and permitted access. Host was receptive and did a great job following up with us. Would stay again and recommend this ArBnb.

Marina helped us until we arrived in Prague and when we got home she welcomed us at the door, she helped us with everything and it was a separate beauty to serve us hot coffee, the house is a wonderful place in a peaceful family environment. We also thank you for the breakfast.

We highly recommend Claire's place in beautiful Bayerisch Eisenstein as a thoroughly pleasant and comfortable get-away destination.
