In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxuriously and cozily furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will delight you with its own private terrace and sunbathing lawn. The mill can accommodate 4 adults or 5 people if there are children. The location offers lots of privacy, lots of outdoor space and is completely newly decorated. Boutique Casita makes it happen! Please note that the rental price is exclusive of the following costs: - Dog fee: €30 per day per dog. - Tourist tax: €2.42 per day per person. - In the months of December, January, February, and March, gas consumption is charged additionally at a rate of €1.50 per m³.

Modernly furnished studio with a comfortable King size Boxspring and a Sunny private terrace. Beach, forest, park, shops (Lidl, bakery etc.) and Boulevard at walking distance. We only rent one room. So there are no other guests. Large SmartTV with Netflix, fast Wifi. Roller shutter and screens. Kitchen: dishwasher, 4 burner hob (2021), extractor hood, combi oven (2021), kettle, 2 x coffee maker, toaster, crockery. The completely new bathroom has a toilet and rain shower.

Net buiten Zoutelande is, zeer rustig en landelijk gelegen, onze gloednieuwe ,luxe 2-persoons vakantiewoning. Met een schitterend uitzicht op diverse akkers rondom. Zoutelande biedt u gezellige restaurants, terrasjes, (zomerse)weekmarkt en diverse winkels. Daarnaast, op het zuiden, een ruim strand met enkele strandpaviljoens. Verder is Meliskerke op 1,5 km te bereiken, daar bevinden zich de warme bakker, ambachtelijke slager en een supermarkt.

Our vacation home 't Uusje van Puut is located just outside Koudekerke on the outskirts of ’t Moesbosch, a small nature reserve. From the garden, you have Dune dune views from Dishoek. It's enjoying peace, space and nature. With a little luck, you can even spot a deer in the evening. Also in autumn and winter it is wonderful to stay in our cottage. After being blown away on the beach, you will come home and you can enjoy a cozy fireplace.

This new accommodation is tastefully decorated. Bicycle distance from both Vlissingen, beach and Middelburg. Close to NS station Oost Souburg in a quiet residential area studio suitable for 2 people. All comforts comforts with a cozy private garden. The sleeping area is upstairs, which can be reached via a fixed staircase, so it is unfortunately not suitable for the disabled. With private parking and electric charger for your car.

Pets are not allowed.
